What makes a great website?
A great website is one which is designed to fully reflect the ethos of the business it serves in a way which ensures the majority of viewers want to read more and ultimately buy or respond to the call to action. It needs to be responsive meaning it can be viewed seamlessly on any device, it needs to be easily editable by the business owner and of course it needs to be found on search engines!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Actually, there is a lot we want to know before we get to the design and build stage. Firstly, we want to know about the main focus of the business, the unique features of that business, we want to know about the customer base and how they are currently attracted to the business. We want to know why those customers currently buy from the business and who the main competitors of the business are . . . .and more, until we build an accurate and complete picture of the business. From the answers to these questions, together we will design a great website for you

I love that I am able to help local businesses achieve their business aims and goals by ensuring their online presence is the best that it can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We felt there was a huge demand for a website company to offer the sort of support we offer to our clients. We understand the specific challenges that operating an SME can bring and feel well placed to offer guidance and support with marketing and sales in general but with website and digital marketing planning in particular.
