It's Cleaning Time!

These beautiful ladies have been cleaning our home for months and I can’t put in to words how thankful we are for them! We have such a busy life with 4 pups & 3 small kiddos so keeping up with our home is next to impossible. They go above and beyond! They are always promptly on time and get to work immediately! Their attention to detail is amazing! Our kiddos rooms are immaculate. They make their beds beautifully, vacuum carpets AND their rugs, dust & wipe everything down. We have 3 bathrooms in our home & they scrub it from top to bottom, take trash out & leave a fresh new bag. Our kitchen cleaned to perfection! They fluff up our couch cushions to remove dog hair and place our pillows back on a nicely order! All floors are vacuumed and moped and are Pristine! I know with little ones & dogs it’s next to impossible to get our home back to beautiful & they without a doubt Exceed our expectations each week! Walking in the door today after “our girls” ( our very own cleaning team assigned to our home) left , brought tears of joy to my eyes! This day and age it’s hard to find a reputable company who consistently cleans & respects our home the way they do. I trust them, I believe in them and I can’t help but share just how amazing they really are. They have a heart of gold and we are so very thankful for them. From the emailed quote all the way to the actual housework, these folks were awesome! i had never hired anyone to come and clean our house, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I worked with Clemencia via email to figure out scheduling and pricing, and she was very responsive. They texted the day before and the day of reminding me of the appointment and to clarify how they were to gain access inside the home. Once they arrived, the two girls were very kind, courteous, and communicative as well. As they began working, they realized it was going to take more time than what we previously agreed to, and shortly after, Clemencia reached out to see if it was OK that they stay longer, knowing that would increase the final cost. I'm glad they stayed because my house is cleaner, better place for it! While my husband and I usually do the regular maintenance cleaning, we agreed we needed to hire them back on a quarterly basis to keep our house looking tip-top! We'll be repeat customers for sure! I had a great experience with this company! I spent a lot of time looking through Yelp and reading reviews for all the different cleaning companies in Austin. I needed a company that would provide a unique cleaning for my house (I didn't want ALL of the bedrooms cleaned). Most of the cleaning companies wouldn't provide a straight answer, but It's Cleaning Time! provided me an hourly quote (very reasonable prices, considering they would send 2 people), plus an idea of how long it would take to clean. In addition, they provided me a list of services and asked me to prioritize, which was really awesome because I felt that I was able to get the most bang for my buck and cross off standard cleaning items that I didn't need. Another cleaning service cancelled my appointment the morning they were supposed to come out. I looked at my Nextdoor app to see if anyone had suggestions. I called It's Cleaning Time at about 9:30am and they were able to schedule a team to come out later in the afternoon. Lidia and Kathy did a FANTASTIC job on my condo. I contacted this company on very short notice, and odd circumstances. We are putting our home on the market, yet have already left the state. Naturally I have concerns not being able to personally inspect and sign off.
The staff was prompt with returning my call and amazingly was able to do the cleaning within hours of my call. As I am not able to personally see the work, I asked up front if photos could be sent afterwards. All in effort to avoid a discrepancy in the follow up from our realtor and them bringing in their "own team".
I received a start/stop time of the work to be done and even had a supervisor follow up upon completion. Once again I asked for photos. A little hiccup in communication there, but we are working those details out.
All in all, save for a bump we are working through, a great company. Even our realtor who inspected today ahead of photos was quite impressed.

Today was my first cleaning with this company. It was everything I had been told they would do from the preview of my house by Mario to followup conversations with Eloisa and Clemencia. They were all understanding respectful and couldn't be any kinder about my needs in the way of housecleaning. The best part I like about It's Cleaning Time besides the excellent job the girls did today is that I don't have to provide the cleaning cloths, supplies and my vacuum cleaner. That saves me a lot of time & stress. My house smells clean now, the kitchen is sparkling, so are the bathrooms, floors...dust is gone too. And they are green! Looking forward to my next cleaning! This is the best service we've EVER received. I called and was immediately greeted by the nicest woman ever--Clemencia. At first she was unsure if same day service was possible, but when I explained why we needed it, she immediately went out of her way to accommodate us. My father passed away late Tuesday evening, and EMS unintentionally left our living room a mess. My mother and I did not want to be in the house like that. My husband called her back and took care of everything. She worked with our small budget and made it work, and sent two of the nicest and most efficient women I've ever met to our home. They did a phenomenal job. I will never forget the kindness that they showed us during such a difficult time, and how they made it easier for us and took one thing off of our plate. UPDATE:  After posting this review, the owner reached out to me and asked for the opportunity to make my experience with them right.  I called Clemencia, found out the lady who performed the actions that warranted the earlier review has been released from the company and we arranged to have some different ladies out to try again.  While they didn't speak English, which I specifically requested because it's too difficult to correct the employees who don't, Clemencia had thoroughly informed them to use gentle products and only the ones the company states they'll use - so no harsh abrasive or caustic chemicals.  This pair of ladies rose to the occasion and did an awesome job!  Nothing was damaged, everything looked great, they were quick and efficient.  I really wish I'd had those workers from the beginning!  I'm hoping to use them again in the future.======================================================Clemencia, who is the one you get when you call, is awesome!  She honestly tries to fulfill the promises of the company.  The workers, however, can be a different story.  One of the workers I had was quite  conscientious, the other would always do something that left me shaking my head and wondering, "What was she thinking?"  Some of these things included leaving a dirty microfiber cloth with Windex on it tucked between the cushion and armrest of a solid leather chair; cleaning the top of a double-hung window and not the bottom panel; ignoring the brown cat litter when vacuming around the litter box in a spare room and in an open, accessible closet; hanging out in spare rooms and texting on her phone, and almost killing a Pothos by over-watering it.  (I had to expose the rootball to air for 3 days to dry it out.)  Aurelia was always willing to finish the job while her partner was in the car waiting.  I only had them at my home 3-4 visits.You'll also have to be careful with their cleaning products.  While the company says they don't use abrasives, the cleaning ladies do carry and use them if you don't stop them.  I had to report this to Clemencia after I heard the abrasive being used on a reglazed shower pan.  To clarify that point, the shower pan wasn't that dirty.  Top Job always gets it sparkling clean when I do the job. While I really like Clemencia and the idea of the company, in practice, there's a bit to be desired. More...

Hired them for a move-out clean on my old place- if I'm being honest, I hate cleaning and will usually do the bare minimum. I also live with a dog and a cat so after three years of living in the same place, with pets, and not cleaning as much as I should, these guys made it look brand new. Honestly, my old apartment looked cleaner than the apartment I moved into.Most of the communication was done through email which works well for me. They were quick to respond to any questions, and they even were flexible when my move-out date was suddenly moved up one week.Prices were also very reasonable. Wow, is all I want to say...but that does not cut it in the review world! Eloisa, Mario and their team of wonderful cleaners are amazing! First of all, I found out this year in September that my life is forever changed. I found out I have cancer. I had surgery in November and it took me out for the whole month. I called It's Cleaning Time because after I got home from the Hospital, my family and I kept getting sick and we just couldn't kick it! I was too tired and weak to deep clean. All I could do is spray down with lysol and wipe down. Even that made my asthma and pneumonia (form the surgery) worsen! I called them to see if I could afford for them to come and at least help me with bathrooms and deep clean the kitchen. What I got was much more. They told me they partner with a company that offers FREE cleanings for women going through cancer. I was thrilled! They set me up with the charity and with just ONE email from me, I got MY WHOLE HOUSE cleaned for free. They did an amazing job! They will come and clean for me for the next 4 months free.  Every room was left better than I left it! They tidied up in every room. I left my home with the ladies that came at 11am and when I came back around 3pm, I opened my doors and my floors where shining! I could see every surface shine! It was amazing! I love this company and the charity is called "Cleaning With A Reason." Update: Eloisa has shown she cares very much about customers and her business. I will give this service another try. While initially disappointed; this type of customer service makes me feel like an important customer. Setting up my appointment was great. The quote process was fantastic, very easy to work with. Then they come to clean. I was promised a crew of 2-3 for 2 or so hours; I got 3 maids for about 20 minutes before 2 went to another house to clean. Talk about make you feel like the important customer. Then the one maid left at my house took nearly 3 hours on her own for what I was told would be 2 hours at most. So many spots missed, dust is still present on many objects and surfaces. It all seemed rushed and that I wasn't even important as their next client. That's not how customer service works. The best part? They didn't even pay attention to my requests when setting up the appointment. I did not have certain things cleaned that I was told would be (kitchen was at best a surface clean, don't expect anything wiped out. Also they forgot my carpet cleaning and vacuumed maybe half of my living room. I do not recommend this service at all. As nice as Eloisa is, she needs better employees and needs to give her crew better direction. Look elsewhere. More...

For a birthday present, I asked for my house to be deep cleaned... I'm officially old. I requested It's Cleaning Time after my prior experience with them. They did not disappoint! Two ladies undid months of grime - I'm talking hair/dirt/secret pee corners from six animals, gunk buildup from my & my boyfriend's sheer laziness, and garden variety dust layers that all old houses accumulate. What they accomplished in like five hours I couldn't have done in five days.I am so grateful for their attention to detail and competence. In particular - I have a cute recipe box that is rusting on the bottom, that in turn gets rust on the kitchen counter... they did their best with the stain and even placed a barrier underneath it to avoid further rusting. The only thing they couldn't tackle, which they pointed out, was some ancient hair dye stain (or so we think) on the bottom of a tub... and I think it's just here to stay.Anyway, I would recommend them if you want a quality job. I didn't work with the scheduling/payment aspect this time around, so I can't comment on that. The one tip I have: the cleaners in my experience speak mostly Spanish, so if you don't speak Spanish well and are particular about something being cleaned a certain way, I would establish that when you schedule the appointment. Scheduled a move out clean service, as well as carpet cleaning. The move out clean was extremely thorough, and we were very happy with how the house looked. The carpet cleaning team got stuck in San Antonio for the day (we are in Austin), but we were able to reschedule. However, our landlord was not cooperative in the delayed timeline. The team at It's Cleaning Time talked directly with our landlord, and after no change, refunded us with lots of apologies. We were very impressed with their investment in helping us, and despite the carpet not being cleaned, we were really happy with the service.
