After years of almost-nearly-not quite getting back in to training, I knew I needed to seek out a Personal Trainer who would motivate me in the way I needed to keep coming back week after week. I started with Glenn in February, after a bit of research into the best qualified PT's in the region. Since doing so, I haven't looked back. The first few weeks were tough - really tough - but (unlike many PT's out there today) Glenn has the experience and knowledge to be able to know when to push me and, more importantly, when to stop and change what we're doing. I think his vast knowledge and ability to support clients psychologically, physiologically, nutritionally and through a variety of holistic well-being approaches sets him apart. Every session brings a degree of variety - it's always interesting, fun and I always learn. Now 4 months in and my progress has been significant, especially in the last month or so. I put this down to the fact that I now look forward to training and, with Glenn's coaching, I look after myself more outside of the gym also. Glenn wants his clients to succeed as much as, if not more than, they want it themselves. He's equally well suited to beginners or those, like me, who have let things slip on the way to 40. After spending months of lacking motivation was recommended Glenn Hill by a friend who you could see obvious results in both her state of mind and how she looked. From the outset Glenn has proven himself to be a true subject matter expert on muscles and the training of. I have suffered a back injury, from the Army, for over 5 years. I began training with Glenn around 3 months ago and I was initially reluctant to work with a personal trainer, however it is the best thing I have done. I feel we have developed a great working relationship and I thank Glenn for all he has done and is continuing to do. Glenn is knowledgable and enthusiastic about his work and has really helped me to lose weight, get fitter and regain my confidence. I am a 56 year old woman who has exercised most of my life. I am self motivated and am always willing to try new things, so why did I decide to have a personal trainer? I wanted to be sure my technique was good and get rid of any bad habits. Why Glenn? He was recommended by a friend so I watched him at work in the gym and was impressed. What's the definition of a brilliant Personal Trainer The answer is Glenn Hill! I have been training with him for the past two months, and my body, health and mind have changed beyond belief. I've lost over a stone in weight, and my shape is much more toned.Glenn really listens to your goals and aspirations, then devises an individual plan to help you reach that result. Every session, we do something different, and I don't mean just using the cardio equipment in the gym. He focuses on every muscle group in the body, and explains how working each one has an effect somewhere else.Glenn is a true professional and really knows his stuff. After each session I feel exhilarated......and can't wait for the next! I have managed to achieve things I never in a million years thought I would be able to. I thoroughly enjoy my training with Glenn, what I particularly like is the fact that we do something different almost every time I'm at the gym, be it going for a run, working out in one of the fitness suites or working with weights, press ups or cardio machines. Worked with Glenn for a month now, workouts are really intensive and we focus on different muscle groups to other fitness coaches I have had in the past. I appreciated the in-depth approach he took with me at the start of our training programme, with the focus on recovery post-injury and healthy eating. I had suffered with a bad back on and off for years and it had gradually gotten worse with my work and lack of muscle strength, after trying Chiropractors and Physiotherapists with no change at all and taking pain relief daily I decided to try one last thing before giving up and just putting up with it. I signed up to itrainhard, Glenn using alternate practises and muscle massage as well as an awesome training plan has sorted out my back I have been pain free for over two months now, and am just buzzing and sleeping like a top. I am fitter and leaner and feeling pretty awesome and have mini abs (still a little bit hidden ) lol, so would recommend Glenn 100% to anyone wanting to make the change and get fitter, so sign up I'm chuffed to bits with my results so far and can't wait to get my perfect beach body this year. I regularly go to Glenn's classes and have also had PT sessions with him. Each class and PT session is different. He really taught me to mix up my workouts and not get stuck in a rut and I can see the results! Glenn is really friendly and approachable. I use mindset tools including diary work, affirmations and neuro linguistic programming to ensure my clients are in the right mindset from day 1. Having deep belief really helps my clients form a habit and achieve their goals.

I use BodyMap to improve clients nervous system, sleep and remove stress.

I am the only coach in the North East that specialises in mindset, having become a Neuro Linguistic Proramming Practitioner I love helping people who have real mindset problems as they need my help much more.

I learned mindset because I needed help in my head too so I know what my clients are going through.
