I'd love to offer It's BBQ Time a review after having them cater my companies picnic.  The simple review: No brainer, I'll be using them again.   The extended review: From beginning to end It's BBQ Time did an amazing job.  The setup was beautiful (and done WELL ahead of time), the food was AMAZING, the service was stellar, the attention to detail was inspiring (including the way they dealt w/ some serious food allergies),  and the cleanup/tear down was done seamlessly.  The only miss was mine, I should have insisted they have coleslaw on the menu (as it's a personal fav of mine) but that just means I'll have an excuse to use them again next time!  :)Bravo to the staff, and thanks for making my life a lot easier!!! I ate dinner at a friends house that was catered by "It's BBQ Time".  My wife and I had the bbq chicken that was amazing. Very good flavor and cooked all the way through yet not over done .  The bbq pork was also delicious, well prepared and a spicy sauce that tasted great. Their coleslaw was different then most and also very good.  My wife had the potato salad, she said it was the best she has had including her own.  She also really enjoyed the baked beans, they were creamy and delicious. We had a company picnic that was made 100% better by the food provided by the It's BBQ Time team.  The brisket was great, and everything had the perfect amount of time put into it.  I would strongly recommend them for large events, and possibly small ones if it worked out.The owner Dan is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. They did a great job.  I was super impressed with the mobile kitchen they have set up.  The staff was super friendly and professional showed up on time set up very efficiently and had food ready at exactly the specified time.  Actually, they confirmed on arrival and their paperwork had not been updated to show the change to 30 minute later start time and they were totally accommodating.  The food was all great but many people felt the pasta salad needed more zip to it and maybe a few more veggies.
