I am It Fits Personal Training and I help my clients to be strong, confident and fit through coaching, exercise & nutrition.
I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I teach my clients what proper form looks like, how to make sure they are exercising at an intensity that will promote change, and how to progress when the time is right.
I do that in a variety of different ways:
=> In-home personal training - I go to my client's home and we train using bodyweight and simple equipment. Depending on what the goal is, we will use my equipment. (Some folks want to be taught the basics of proper form and HOW to do things on their own and some want me to help them until they reach their goals) - ***In the city of London and there is limited availability.
=> Online Personal Training - I use a combination of Webcam or video on our phones and an app to deliver workouts and have coaching sessions for those who aren’t in the London area. These are workout plans that are specific to you… based on your goals AND your experience.
=> Nutrition Coaching - I do not give a meal plan to follow but I do help you create one you will want to eat. I help you build the skills you need to make healthy choices by giving you tools, not rules. Most people know they need to make healthier food choices but aren't sure how to make that a part of their daily lifestyle, I help them do that.
=> YMCA- Wellness Coach/ Personal training - I also work as a personal trainer at the Bostwick YMCA in London, Ontario.
