Sadly not a good experience at all. What started out as a simple repair ended about 6 weeks later with another fault which was given no explanation, no feedback, nothing. ... My - very old - laptop didn't charge and needed a clean inside. Satya sourced and changed the AC jack, cleaned the thing up and run a test to check the machine had no other issues . Now all is well: it charges fine, it no longer heats up and freezes when I watch videos. A great service from a small business that would rival most of the bigger companies. My laptop was running slow (in my opinion) and not only did Repair Daemon collect it from me but they ran diagnostics and told me it was running okay. I was given the option to increase the speed with a new hardrive if I chose to or leave it until a later date and upgrade the laptop. There was no hard sell to upgrade it unnecessarily and as I decided to leave it as it was... there was no charge for the service they had provided.I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.Many thanks for a great service!
