Found the problem really quickly and asked to call but didn't get back after I did. It was hard knowing what to do because they weren't generally direct in their contact details either. Awesome service and very friendly staff! I came to IT FIX after a nearby repair shop tried to charge me About £490 for my damaged Mac Pro after I spilled a glass of red wine on the keyboards and trackpad. In contrast to the shop nearby, IT FIX were honest and polite and took their time to diagnoses the damaged parts and decide that I only needed to replace one part and overall charge, including cleaning, was around £240. I was very satisfied with their pricing and the guys finished the job within 2 working days! I am very happy customer and next time, if I have any problems, this is the place I’d turn to. I broke the screen on my Macbook Pro Retina (doh) and given the inevitably high cost in replacing I spent a lot of time deliberating on which supplier to use (both through Apple directly and third party suppliers). In short - super happy I went with It Fix London. Absolutely First Class.I was working away from the UK on a job in Austria and my laptop display and graphics card got damaged. Upon return to the UK, I called Apple, who informed me that due to it being a vintage model they would not be able to do anything about fixing it. They suggested the only option was to take it to a local repair shop.I was a bit worried about doing this as I have only ever had repairs done by Apple, or done badly by a place in Tottenham Court Road which has since long departed.After searching the internet I was lucky enough to chance upon IT Fix London and the legend that is Bilal (and his team). I used Google reviews to weigh up whether it would be worth a visit and I am so glad I did.No fix, No fee was what they said and that is exactly what I got. Bilal diagnosed the problem quickly, and for no cost ran some tests on my laptop over a 24 hour period, and was after a consultation, able to source the parts despite them being legacy parts and make a full repair, returning my laptop to functional again, and all within a few days, which is lucky as I have to return with said computer to Austria to finish the job this week.The price was very good considering all the work that needed doing and it couldn't have been done faster or with more care.I find it annoying that some reviewers are saying 'Waste of Time' (misspelling it repeatedly which leads me to believe said reviewers are either illiterate or just fakers from a rival company, posting a series of bad reviews to try and somehow run IT Fix's reputation down. Their office is an OFFICE in Thanet Street London. I know because I visited it. Hell I bet you could even streetview it. Opposite the RNIB centre on Thanet Street.So my advice to all people in despair of their failing tech is to give these guys a call. I am 100% sure that like me you will not be let down. THANKS BILAL!
