First of all we listen. We go the extra mile to make sure our client is comfortable, and try to answer any question they may have.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency.. We understand that no one is perfect, and we have all have been there, where we have one to many slices of pizza, or 2 donuts instead of one! The biggest thing is never give up. With us, we are with you.
What do you love most about your job?
The text or in person talk about how they are feeling better than they have felt in a long time. Most of the time we are told that even before they see it in themselves. They just feel better!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I myself was caught in the every day hustle of life. Family, friends, and work. Sometimes it was so easy to just skip working out or just pick up fast food. The day I torn my labrum and out of work for about 6 months, had my physical, and my Dr. put me on blood pressure medicine. That was my wake up call.. Working 12hr shift , then going to school (online) I begin to apply what I was learning, and seeing the change within myself. Now I want to help everyone I come in contact with!
