Lets start with the head technician who was very unprofessional. Yelling, rude, didn't do his job correctly, didn't test my phone, didn't even take my details.
In simple words they broke my phone and they asked me to pay full price as they use a small paragraph in their terms & conditions which blames everything on water damage.
DO NOT USE.
And head technician I hope you get fired.

Online postage order, just received phone back today. Had it not been Christmas period this would have been a 3-4 day turnaround from sending phone to receiving back. Extremely satisfied with the repair, regular email and text updates. Great great service at ismash Victoria. Easy to hand in and get IPhone 8 repaired.Was able to sort liquid damage! Way better than Apple- as Apple refused to look at / try to repair the iphone because it had water damage within a week of Apple changing the phone screen. So forget spending silly money with Apple for phone repairs which they don’t stand by.
