Islington Properties was established over 10 years ago and is a boutique residential property services company – we sell and let properties, manage individual flats / houses and manage blocks of flats.
Much of our business is local to our offices – meaning that we can walk to many buildings, hold client meetings in our offices, employ other local businesses and tradesmen and deal with anything urgent that arises quickly.

Almost 2 years with a broken buzzer in the building and Islington Properties does nothing about it.
An emergency exit broke in the garage as well, nothing has been done.
Completely unprofessional company that is basically stealing our money, as they charge quite a lot for ‘maintenance’.
