We just had our wedding on July 21st 2018. It was planned short notice, and I wasn’t sure about catering. Island culinary was recommended to me, so I looked them up. There wasn’t a lot of reviews, so I was a little nervous to hire them. I realize now that it is word of mouth that does their advertising. I was SO SO impressed by them!!!! I had several conversations with the owner Graham, he was attentive to all my needs. I made a few changes to the menu items, and Graham was so easy to work with. The staff was early, prepared, and organized. They worked like ninjas, quietly and efficient. They also helped with the alcohol, ice, cutting up limes, and with my dessert table. The staff were great. They left two tableclothes behind so I didn’t have to ruin my table display. And told me of two locations that I could drop it off at. We had 98 people at our 25 th wedding anniversary @ the Strawberry Vale Community Club and Graham and his staff went above and beyond to make sure our event a great evening for all. We have had numerous guests that have come up to us since the event saying that the event and especially the food was superb and excellent.

Thank you very much for helping make our anniversary a great day for all. We highly recommend you.
