Excellent service, their engineers reached within one hour of making the call to see our front door lock which wouldn't lock for some reason, that only I had it installed 11 months previously, they sorted out the all matter within few minutes and didn't require any replacement parts, I would definitely recommend ISF Lock and safe Ltd Locksmith safe opening services in Newcastle.

We moved into our new home and we looked at having all of our security upgraded from all aspects, when our front door wasn't locking properly we called ISF to get a quote. Iain came out and gave us some great advice on what locks to have to secure our front door, patio doors, and even our windows downstairs! We didn't even think about changing the locks to be honest and only really called him to have a look at the exsisting lock to see if he could fix it. We changed all our locks on the doors thanks to Iain and feel so much better for it knowing that only we have the keys to our home and no one else has! Outstanding customer service. Called out Ian when I was having a problem with my front door. It was sticking and acting up and wasn’t catching every time. Ian told me it was not aligned properly and my door wasn’t secure. I had a thumb turn on the inside but it was close to the letterbox and should not have been fitted in the first place.
