Describe your creative process.
I usually start of with a sketch of a design using pen and paper, I find this tactile approach more pleasing and it helps my workflow knowing exactly where to begin once I hit the computer. My main tool is Photoshop. It's simple to work with many layers in a non destructive manner and this way I find it easier to provide edits to clients In a timely manner without having to rebuild and start from scratch.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
What is your product? Who are your customers? Do you have your own brand colours? Who do you want to attract?
There are a lot of job specific questions but I find if you know what you want then it's easier for me to make it happen
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my own work out and about. It's a worthwhile feeling that keeps me going.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to work from home and still find the time to devote to my wife who is disabled and help look after our daughter.
