Finding the right person to work with your client can be a tricky task when certain factors coincide. Having consulted more than one agency and explaining the circumstances required, only Irving Scott really listened to my request. I was further impressed when they were honest and said the person that most suited my position was currently employed on another short-term role. They asked if I would like them to find another candidate or whether I would be prepared to wait until the most suitable person was available.
