Great OCR training and a fun group in general. I highly recommend if you want an out of the ordinary workout.
After seven group classes I haven't done the same thing twice.

Great OCR training and WODs. Sometimes I hate looking at the board but at the end of the day it's a push and only as challenging as you push yourself. Joe is a machine and I love to push myself to catch him but he is competitive and won't let that happen. We have many of the same goals but on different levels. Joe is a great Personal Trainer and will help anyone reach their goals.
I have been on the wrestling mats as a coach and competitor for many years. OCR has brought a new dimension to my life and love the competition. Training is great. What I like most about OCR is the fact that people are getting off the couch and doing something. Seeing folks physically active and more importantly, have their kids see them be active and accomplish a goal. And encourage them to do so as well. Giddy up ! More...

I took a five month break from Iron Rig after faithfully working out for a year and a half there...big mistake!! I am back, nothing motivates you like the boot camps at this gym do!
10/10 would recommend this gym! The environment is super encouraging and everyone is always welcome to come to the classes. Joe really helped me learn how to do the proper technique for pretty much every exercise I did because I was such a beginner, but now I feel stronger than I have in a long time! I've lost weight and finally have definition in muscles I've never had definition in before. I'd leave this place after each workout feeling tired, but proud of my hard work. I went with a buddy today for a workout and really had a great time. The gym is super clean and organized. Joe the owner is a really nice guy and just the hour and half I was there is very positive and motivating. I only made it thru half the workout because it was intense! I never felt intimidated or pressured during any part of the workout.I will definitely give future consideration for joining this gym. More...
I went here for the first time yesterday and WHEW are my arms sore haha. Im an avid gym person, and have tried almost every style of workout/gym out there but these workouts are very unique (meaning you're not just doing push ups, sit-ups, curls, etc.). I'm guessing it's because he's an ex marine, but I found them challenging, yet intriguing. It's SIMILAR to a circuit style gym but more slow paced, and rep based. Aka you rotate once you get your own reps done. Every day they concentrate on another area of the body, which I like more than total body workouts because with those I'm sore all over 24/7. This way my body(arms) has time to heal before their next day. Overall I'd recommend this gym if you're looking for unique yet challenging workouts that you can IMMEDIATELY feel the results. More...
