Great gym! Everyone is always welcoming and helpful! It always feel like an encouraging judgement free zone! They even have hairtie and things for us gals to freshen up in the bathroom! Great customer service!

My attitude towards weights has completely changed, after hiring a trainer (Sarah). Since then I’ve enjoyed working out here. Awesome staff and trainers who are never too busy to help and always ready to answer any questions you might have! This is the best gym I have ever been a member of, and Ive belonged to several over my 61 years lol. I just a couple years ago found an interest in lifting and strength training, but being in a gym surrounded by men was a little intimidating, so an all ladies gym was on spot for me!!! Ladies, don't think that because you are over 40, 50, 60 etc, that you are too old because I'm here to tell you, you're not. I'm 61 and have double knee injuries and I am a candidate for double knee replacement surgery. But, since lifting and regular strength training, my bone density test scores increased and my knees are still holding their own, regardless of the fact that I have no cartilage left!!!!! Don't let your age or an injury keep you from the gym. Come in and talk to these awesome ladies and let them help get you on track to being the best you can be. I promise, you won't regret it!!
