I don't know about the review below but I had a great experience with the customer service department at Iroka! All my emails were answered very quickly and clearly- most of the time within a few hours and sometimes even within seconds. My only gripe would be that the original item advertised online that I ordered and paid for, wasn't actually in stock. The item shouldn't have been on the website if it wasn't in stock but this mistake was rectified very quickly and they offered me the choice between a refund or an alternative item. I went for the alternative and it was delivered to me within a few days. Ultimately, however, I decided I didn't like the alternative so asked if I could return it for a refund. There was absolutely no problem with returning and refunding my item and Iroka even organised for my parcel to be collected from my home when I asked. We were very pleased with the service and products that we bought from Iroka.They completely fitted out our new holiday home and were a pleasure to deal with.
