Unprofessionalism at its finest. Trying to blame me for miscommunications between him and his crew. Calling me horrific names because he messed up the job that we've been waiting on this fencing since JANUARY, its MAY. Horrible response time over email, text, phone calls etc. A true a****** of a contractor. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. This is our 3rd project with Bill Hill at Irish Iron. The black powder coat has lasted for many years. His crew just installed a custom-made ornamental fence in the side yard that complements our landscaping. Spring/Summer is a very busy time for such jobs, and it took about an 8 week process from our first meeting to installation.
