Really beautiful flowers delivered on time, but someone called me ( the recipient) the day before and said " I am delivering flowers to Hilary Royer tomorrow, I'm confirming the address" which completely ruined the surprise. Again, the flowers are GORGEOUS

Irene's Florist created my wedding bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, boutineers, table arrangements, and a large, lovely garland for the fire place mantle in the room where we had our ceremony. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! We received so many compliments on them! They were on time, and Acenet went above and beyond when setting up, making sure everything was just so. Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday a week in advance. Chose Irene's based on the good Yelp reviews and the fact that they are located close to where Mom lives. Called Mom late in the day on her birthday (around 4PM) and was distressed that the arrangement I had ordered for her had not yet been delivered. Called Irene's and was told the owner would be back soon. Sure enough, the owner called me a half hour later, apologized profusely, and sent a dozen red roses over to Mom immediately while tracking down the arrangement I had originally ordered.The roses were delivered promptly, and the original arrangement followed within minutes. While I was not happy about having to follow up on this, I was pleased at the way it was handled. And the flowers (both sets) were very nice.Bottom line, they screwed up, but then took care of it. The staff is very helpful and the selection is great. Quality of the product is also 5-star. My wife has never been disappointed with the flowers I have chosen for her every time I've visited whether it be a special occasion or just because. Thank you to everyone at Irene's.

I have been using this florist for well over 10 years, and I'll tell you why.  My husband is in the Army and we have lived all over the world, but our two moms live in St. Pete.  I've used several florists and the quality of the arrangement and the flowers, and the reliability of the delivery led me to get away from the "Telaflora" sites and go directly to the florists for my orders.  I found Irene's before web ordering was as popular as it is now, and I used to call them from Germany to place my orders.  The quality of work is excellent, they are completely reliable, and I just now got a call from the delivery man to let me know he delivered flowers to my 96 year old mother in law, but she didn't answer the door and so he left them on the porch.  You don't get caring service like that often anymore.  I give my highest recommendation to Irene's florist - the best florist in Pinellas County! I purchased some flowers online via Irene's website for my great aunt's 90th birthday. I saw a photo of the flowers and they exceeded my expectations. My aunt really liked them, too.
