First and foremost, the user experience of the website has to be very intuitive. Mobile responsiveness is a must to ensure that users who use mobile devices to access your website are getting the best experience, and it also helps to improve ranking with Google. I am a big fan of keeping things simple on the User Interface, so the website needs to engage people and not overwhelm visitors with information.
