This guy is amazing.. having recently been to another shop and told my iPhone was not fixable, I wanted a second opinion.. . I'm so glad I did because not only did he spend time looking at it without asking for a penny, he fixed it!! He offered to replace screws that were missing and took the time to explain to us minor faults that the phone has..
Customer service is excellent and I am so thankful to him as it is a contract phone and probably would have cost a fortune.. to get it fixed free of charge even after offering to pay because he had fixed it is amazing!! The only people, other than the Apple Store, who I would trust to repair my iOS devices. Always great service and price and often they just sort it out in seconds when it freezes and I’ve forgotten how to hard boot it. Had a problem with headphone port on my iPhone not accepting headphones I firstly went to the Apple Store they had a look at my phone. . Told me to come back a hour later to tell me there was nothing they could do apart from replace the phone! Which is £260 I went down to Ipatch and they had a look about 20 minutes with my phone and managed to clear the port and get it working again and these was free of charge!! My iPhone 6 desperately needed a battery replacement. Took it to iPatch last November, and although their roller shutter was broken down on that day, they managed to replace my battery within 30 minutes. Awesome staff and great service .

Regretfully not a good visit, although they partly diagnosed problem on a iPhone 6 as needed a new screen they missed that there was also no sound and the phone needed a new battery. The pricing of £120 for a new screen seemed very expensive, even with original apple parts. It was close between A OK and Med I've experienced better.In the long run it was a good service but just with poor times in between. My iPod Touch got hail stoned on a walk in the Lakes and decided it didn't like being wet the next day when it wouldn't turn back on.A few days later i hopped skipped jumped it over to iPatch hoping beyond all hope that they could do some sorcery and fix it. After three days of hearing nothing I went back and was told 'i'm look at it now, I'll give you a call tomorrow but no luck as yet'Some hope dashed so shopping for skirt and a new bag took place :/ eekHeard nothing again, days went by and after a full week of no calls he couldn't do anything!!Poo service in letting me know what's going on, even when said that he would!Good service in that he doesn't charge for the attempt to fix it if he isn't successful - not many companies would do that. Excellent service in sharing the amazing secret that the Apple store in Sheffield or Manchester will give you a new one for half price for water damaged goods not under warranty :) Yay new iPod bought for £75 instead of what £180ish!!! And luckily I had backed up my iPod like a week before it broke so only a few bits missing. I almost daren't write this review for fear of exposing how ridiculously foolish I feel for having required iPatch's services, but in spite of my uselessness, I'm massively grateful so I ought to post my thoughts. The other day, as my Mum was up to visit me, we went out for lunch. As our food was arriving I hastily moved my hat and phone aside to accommodate the dishes and stupidly pushed my phone straight on to the hard tiled floor of the café. Oh. My. Gosh. Smashy smashy. The screen was completely cracked. I was devastated. How ridiculously idiotic and careless!I tried to ignore it as we ate our fantastic food, but it's not something that can be ignored; having spent so long with terrible phones and not once having dropped/lost them it was now that I had ruined my expensive and beautiful iPhone. Gah! So, I looked online for a solution. I'd seen the signage for iPatch before and checked out the prices so the next day voyaged over to the shop to ask about screen replacement.Being so nervous about my expensive phone I practically grilled the guy about everything, probably making him feel like a crook, but I was desperate to avoid a dodgy job. He obliged completely and showed me a whole box of broken iPhone 4 screens, explaining that was how many he'd fixed in the last few months. The screen is guaranteed for 90 days after the repair, he doesn't send them off for two weeks like other companies (he does them right there and then on the day, in about half an hour) and he repairs with Apple parts, not knock-offs. (Apparently some places offer just screen replacement with the iPhone 4, which they shouldn't since the touch screen and glass are one and the same.)In the end, after all the chat, I surmised that I'd have to pick someone to do it and I felt pretty comforted by his explanations. I got a little nervous, as my receipt to come and collect it was just a signature on a piece of till roll, but he assured me he wasn't going to disappear and he did not in fact disappear. Of course he didn't. I was being ridiculous. As promised, in half an hour after dropping it in, I came back to collect and everything was grand. The time and date needed resetting (which is standard) but other than that it was as good as new. Don't think I didn't scrutinise it for faults either - the only slight difference I *think* I noticed was that the colour was a mite different, but of course, that could be my paranoid idiot brain. It probably isn't and it definitely works perfectly. I'm saving the last star for it still being in perfect order in a few weeks, but really, I highly recommend this place. Although the repair totaled £100 I believe that it was for a quality job, performed by someone who is both knowledgeable and capable, with (in my meager knowledge, of course) good quality parts. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong, but I think I've found a winner here! (Now if only I can stop being a clumsy oaf... ) More...
