Betty and I were very pleased with your employees' politeness and quality of work installing our invisible fence. The installation was performed quickly and neatly. Every aspect of our interaction with Invisible Fence has been a PLEASURE! Our sales associate Colt did a great job of explaining the technology and helping us to choose an option that worked best for OUR situation. Our installer Nick was wonderful as well. He did a great job of installing our system exactly where and how we wanted it in a very timely manner. My husband was concerned about how the yard would look after installation but was thrilled when he saw that it was barely noticeable on day one. Sam our trainer was very professional and did a great job orienting our dog to the system incredibly fast and humanely. We can't believe how rapidly Sam was able to connect with and train our dog. It was so easy to work with Invisible Fence. My schedule can be hectic at times, and they was very flexible with setting up appointments and coming out to my house. Invisible Fence products are the BEST!! I have the in-ground fence, electronic dog door plus 2 independent barrier controls. The quality of product is suburb! Ease of operation wonderful. The owners and support staff are world class. Installation done professionally ( clean neat and in a timely manner)! Support staff will go out of he way to make sure your pet is safe and that you are satisfied! Example- The battery went dead in my dogs collar late in the afternoon. And I was not able to travel to the office to pick up another battery till the next day. Employee Sarah on her way home after work stopped at my house and handed me a new battery to insure that my dog would remain safe. And that is just 1 example out of many!! Let me begin by saying, this company has set the bar extremely high when it comes to customer service, knowledge of their product, and compassion. I requested a quote and Colt came out on a Thursday and walked me through everything regarding their product, he was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. His quote was reasonable, even with the fact that we had 4 dogs that needed containment, but unfortunately due to just buying a house and furnishing a new house we were unable to secure the financing we needed to get the job done. Colt was gracious and understanding. The following evening, our beloved Pug, Bear, escaped from the house and was hit by car. Devastated and in tears, on a SATURDAY morning, I called Colt on his CELL phone and explained to him what had happened and asked if there was anyway they could meet our budget to have the Invisible Fence installed. Within an hour, Colt called back and had it all setup for installation on MONDAY morning and within the budget that we could afford. Later that evening, we received a a beautiful bouquet of condolence flowers from Colt and his wife, very unexpected and extremely sweet of them. Monday morning, on time and happy to be there, Zack, showed up and got right to work. He was professional, knowledgeable and showed extreme pride in his work. He had the entire system and fence installed in just hours! While he was finishing up, Sam, the trainer, showed up and she got to work with our four legged babies. She was sweet and knowledgeable as well and explained everything that we needed to do to continue the training. I can't say enough about this company and the people they employ. We are satisfied with our fence. Unfortunately one of our dogs isn’t phased by the highest level (she will run down to the busy road if someone walks by - this is not frequent since we live in the country, but she has ran down to our 70 + yoa neighbor who walks often as well as scared us and two young boys walking- she almost got hit by a car). She is of the two English Mastiffs we share our life loving along with a mischievous and super active 1 year old mixed breed that loves to run. I believe her age (elderly) and a new home has a lot to do with her ignoring the shocking collar along with a sensitivity to the prongs (she has nasty skin lesions when leaving the collar on more than a few hours - ever since the fence/collar she’s kept an infection of unknown origin, golfball sized neck lymph nodes and now another infection that two rounds of Zenaquin hasn’t touched - vet bills costing us well over the cost of the fence since purchase).The other two do well, when we have issues we reinforce the training and problems solved. We purchased and had the collar activated XL pet door. Due to the illness, ineffective control and the door hurting the problem mastiff we unfortunately can’t use the $600 door. We fear she will escape if by chance she decided to risk exiting behind the other dogs - the door is a bit heavy and swings closed normally smacking her and the 1 year old right in the nose. We’ve followed the training suggestions given, but the only dog of our three that benefited using the door is our 185 lb male mastiff. I strongly suggest if you have multiple giant breed dogs do ample research before investing $600 for a dog door. Customer service and the installation/remains assistance is great- I’m still waiting to hear if the last service technician can find a sensitive skin transmitter for my problem dog. We have used this company and always have had great results but this last experience prompted me to post a review. Incredible. We have a large German Shepherd that goes crazy into attack mode when a small dog walks by on the street. He blasts right through the invisible fence in prey drive. We contacted Invisible fence in hopes of being able to keep our dog that is wonderful in every other way.
