I have been going to fit camp for the last two weeks. I was a little nervous at first but was quickly made feel very welcome there. Simon the coach has his wife debs there are always eager to make sure you know what and how to do the excercise. It's a fun class and would highly recommend anyone to come and have a go. Simon is a fantastic trainer, me and my husband go to fit camp once a week and really enjoy it. Great value for money, the sessions are personalised even though you are in a group and circuit training means you don't have time to think about anyone else, you're focused on yourself and what you are trying to achieve. Great personal trainer. We've been using Invictus since September. My husband and I have been having a weekly training session, lost weight, toned and have got so much fitte and therefore feeling so much healthy. Even started to run. Simon devised a weekly programme for us to follow. As well as showing what to do he explained why and the benefits. We'll certainly be ready for this years skiing holiday, slimmer and much fitter.
