They damaged the fly screen while cleaning window, displaced fire alarm and left the sliding door groove dirty, so the door does not slide.
The worst thing, they do not admit it, they just took a photo of the fly screen after they detached it and sending it as a "proof" what the damage was there before.
After paying $ 935 we expected a professional cleaning, but instead we have a problem with real estate agency.
The require to pay in advance, not leaving the chance not to pay for a lousy job.
I have to admit, we did mistake by not having taken photos before we let them into the house and even worse mistake when we trusted them with finishing the job and leaving them the key from the house to give back to real estate reception.
My advise - do not use them, do not trust them.
