Great gym with all the expected facilities arranged over three floors. Even at peak time there is a good amount of space and equipment. There is also a good selection of classes though I did not use them. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is a few too many times no one was at the front desk and there are some minor maintenance issues that still need to be addressed (one of the bathroom taps, soap dispenser in men's changing room). Gyms have always intimidated me but I came along to Pro Fit 28 to train with the lovely Lisa Higo. This is a really great find, really friendly, loads of equipment and variety. Profit is a fab gym - love how it’s on 3 floors with different equipment / classes so I can get lots of variety into my routine. Plus when you need a boost of group motivation the classes / instructors / PT’s I’ve worked with are all great. Zumba / dance fitness is a personal favourite and literally the only thing that’s gonna get me in the gym on a Friday night before my glass of wine!! More...
