I had a very stressful business issue come to light whereby we needed to urgently engage with immigration specialists. Over the space of two weeks I liaised with 8 different companies with i-vars being one of those and can honestly say that Chris was on the ball straight from the outset.
Every question was answered promptly (with some of his own questions bouncing back) and his engagement was not held back unlike other specialists responses that required a "fee" first. The vast majority of our work is now done by phone, email etc - although it is always a pleasure to see people on Zoom/Skype links etc. One day soon, I hope, we will be able to resume face to face consultations at our offices too
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our work is now conducted by phone or online. Our (shared) offices in Milton Keynes have implemented many COVID-safe practices but for now we feel it is safer not to meet face to face
