overall a great gym! Has everything you could want from body building/power lifting to the cardio bunny. Downside is AC in the summer is pretty lack-luster and the two-year commitment thing is pretty intense. However, I work out of town and they are offering up to 6 months credit/year so that's a better bonus than any other gym right now! I never went inside, they have free WiFi and I was able 2 connect successfully unlike the superstore WiFi which only works when your indoors.

I have been with the gym for about a year now and overall I love the mayfield location where we work out. The staff are great, the front desk staff are always welcoming, the childcare staff are phenomenal and most of the trainers are great. We specifically LOVE the hot yoga offered there. I am a bit sad to learn of the changes happening to childcare area and there has been a big turn over in yoga instructors which makes me very sad:( More...

Awesome gym with great trainers, they will go the extra mile for you, they will talk with you about nutrition, home life, and offer any advice as your trainer and friend, the receptionists will always smile when they greet you, the steam rooms are the best cure for a hangover and the classes are so fun you wont stop looking forward to the next one!

World Health has really changed my life since I bought a membership. Top notch equipment that's updated regularly, steam room and shower facilities are upkept well. Their regular personal training rates are competitive and their promotions and contests really make it unreal. Check out Kyle Ashton at Clareview if you get a chance. I got 5 sessions for $3 in between a draw and a promotion and I am seriously considering keeping him as my full time trainer. More...

Excellent gym! Friendly (very) staff, very clean gym, a large variety of equipment ( classic and new apparatus)I have an excellent trainer and I am enjoying a very positive experience.
