Affiliated with the University of Greenwich, ICOM offers acupuncture courses at degree level with flexible study options of both week day or weekend classes, full-time or part-time.

I have received Acupuncture treatment at ICOM for 8 years. Prior to starting this treatment, Depression and ongoing severe stress were unbearable, with panic attacks and anxiety. Acupuncture has been the only treatment which has helped me - and I desperately looked for solutions as I was not coping! I now go for maintenance treatments, making appointments for 6 months in advance. I would not skip an appointment under any circumstances! I graduated in 1992. I enjoyed my 3 years at ICOM and met lovely people. The course is exhausting and I remember spending the night in The Mayday Hospital, Croydon at the end of 2nd year (where I worked as a temp medical secretary), suffering from kidney problems due to exhaustion. As soon as you walk through the door of ICOM you feel calmer; the whole vibe is lovely and so welcoming.
Vanessa, the receptionist always has a big smile and a friendly word and nothing is too much trouble.
I saw Kirsten and she is simply amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

I have been using the centre for number of ailments & for several yearsI have MS & have suffered badly with my back due to the way I tend to walk.
