We just moved into an old house. Budget did not allow to replace the basement carpets so we decided to have them professionally cleaned. What a difference!! Mohammed came to our home to clean our mattress, sofas and love seats that were absolutely destroyed. He was very honest and up front and told me it wasn’t worth spending money on to clean it. We cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Mohamad the General Manager. I scheduled an appointment online and upon booking I received a confirmation email, text message and a personal phone call confirming the booking and the arrival of Mohamad at our home. The customer service gets an A+. Prior to booking I researched several companies that used genuine "green" products that was cleaner, hygienic and safer for both adults and children. Thankful Ideal Interior Care LTD. offered all of them. Not just by what was written on their websites but also from my endlessly conversation with them and physically seeing the products Mohamad used during the appointment.Mohamad was punctual, polite, respectful and explained his cleaning system in detail. He also did not leave any mess once the cleaning was done. He cleaned our bedrooms, hallway, queen mattress that was soiled to the fullest degree and 5 seater sectional that was absolutely destroyed by our toddler pouring beverages, pee stain from changing her diaper, food stains you just name it. Seriously, the way Mohamad transformed everything was just amazing. Our carpet, mattress and sectional literally look brand new. I’m a stickler for having things done properly and efficiently. When Mohamad arrived at our home, his level of professionalism, respect, courtesy, expertise, you just name it were 10/10. Overall the cleaning gets an A+++It’s very difficult to please me when it comes to a cleaning job as I pride myself as the “queen of cleanliness”, however the way Mohamad transformed our home with his cleaning services by far was amazing. Also, all questions and concerns submitted to his company prior to the appointment was addressed in a timely and respectful manner. I probably asked a million questions pertaining to the cleaning and not once did I ever receive a rude response or the silent treatment.

I picked Mohamed because of the telephone conversation. I felt comfortable and felt I could trust him.
I was impressed by his cleaning method, the hose, the big water tank he brings in the house.
Although a couple of stains didn't come off completely, he did a good job. My carpets are old but mostly clean. Every two years I hire cleaners to wash it. Mohamed washed them as the previous cleaners did, but the difference is that the colour came back. My dog soiled my off-white carpet in three spots. I tried to clean the area myself by spot cleaning and then using a steam cleaner. That made it worse and about 5x the size of the original spots. I sent Mohamad pictures and he was very reassuring. When I met him in person, he was very nice and took the time to explain to me the process he would undertake. He even did an extra spot where tea had been spilled some time ago at no extra cost. Mohamad is very professional and pleasant and obviously takes pride in his work. I only hired Mohammed as I read good reviews. I had cleared out my entire living/dining room, with the exception of a very heavy, rustic, solid wood coffee table. When I returned to the area, Mohammed, without asking my permission, had moved the coffee table into my kitchen. I could barely get it back out and it had to be turned at an angle to get it back out. I then saw that one of the table's THICK METAL HINGES WAS BENT -- with a LARGE HEAVY BOLT COMPLETELY MISSING! This table was PERFECT, assembled only months ago in my apt, and NO PARTS WERE BENT OR MISSING!!!Mohammed would not admit he did it. At first he said he would come by in 2 days and have a look, then he told me to look for the bolt (which he obviously threw away, so I wouldn't know what happened).
