My practice focuses on the views of Choice Theory stating that; we can only control our own behavior. All we can give others is information.
While the past has made you who you are, we can only focus on the here and now to develop a plan in order to satisfy our future. We can only have direct control over actions and thoughts and through this, we learn to control our feelings and physiology indirectly. I work with clients of all ages and am available for individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.
