I am a qualified personal trainer that works out of the DW Sports Gym at Westwood Cross. I am also availabe to train people at their homes.

I also run a fitness and fat loss Boot Camp - Smash the Fat.

The AM camp runs out of DW Sports at Westwood Cross on a Tuesday, Thursday & Friday morning 6. 30 am to 7.30am.

I am also qualified to deliver nutritional advice and help set up nutritional plans.

I am also a qualified Martial Arts instructor and hold Black Belts in Karate and Wing Chun Kung Fu.
