James is an excellent personal trainer. Not only is he extremely friendly, approachable and a great motivator but he is extremely knowledgable on the best ways for you to achieve your personal fitness goals. Whether it's losing weight/fat, gaining muscle/size or just simply getting fitter and feeling better about yourself then James is 100% the person you should be contacting!I couldn't recommend James enough, he has helped me in so many ways with not only my fitness goals but with my self confidence also. I have been training with James on and off for the last 3 years. Couldn't recommend a better trainer, he has helped my confidence in the gym so much, which has resulted in me loosing 50lbs in weight!

I have been training with James for 8 years now and I can honestly say he has the patience of a saint! As a trainer he is very motivational and encouraging and a very nice guy. He has enabled me to gain a level of fitness so that I have been able to complete three half-marathons, something I thought was impossible for me. I would recommend James as a trainer who is able to help anyone reach their fitness goals.
