After finally getting some down time after the wedding, honeymoon, and returning to normal day-to-day activities, I have a moment to comment on the AMAZING work done by InspirePhoto. Wedding morning started a bit off schedule and things were delayed, which is bound to happen. But what really tells the story was when Hector & Devon told all of the bridesmaids, family members, and random guests to leave the room. Then Hector and Devon made me to sit down, helped me to relax, and asked how I was doing. Once they eased my worries, they immediately got to work. It was a very simple gesture, but a meaningful one. I had never met either of them, yet here they were, treating me like I was part of their family.The wedding day flew by, as to be expected. When I look back on it, I rarely remember seeing our photographers, but when they delivered the end result, I realized they were EVERYWHERE! The pictures were incredible! Neither my husband nor I love posing for a camera, but Hector and Devon did such a phenomenal job of capturing many sweet memories as well as moments that perfectly fit our personalities (as in the pictures attached).Many guests asked where I found the photographers…it helps when family members have good friends. We were so blessed to have access to Hector and Devon! I can't thank them enough for making the 5-6hr trek to help us with our wedding.I could not rate InspirePhotos any higher. Carrie and Hector are two of the best people I have ever met. Through the journey of our wedding, they have become great friends.
They took our wedding pictures on April 29th, 2016 and they also took pictures for our save the dates months before that. They were recommended to me by my maid of honor (who is good friends with them and has taken pictures with them before as well) and I couldn't have been happier with me choice. So, where do I begin?
First, these two are so much fun. They respond to every question I had, consoled me when I was stressed, made me laugh when I was worried and helped keep me organized. Carrie is definitely the logistical one of the group which is great because it allows Hector to do his thang lol
Next, they used a drone at our wedding. Let me repeat that, they used a DRONE at our wedding. How cool is that?! How many people can say their photographer used a drone at someone's wedding? It was a really cool experience and got us a lot of amazing shots.
Along with this, Hector and Carrie were very flexible. I had an emergency happen with my salon which changed the scheduling completely. When I explained this to them, they went our of their way to make sure they were there with me when I needed them. They started earlier than their contract stated and stayed in the hotel in order to give me what I wanted. They also stayed hours later so they could keep taking pictures. Words cannot explain what that meant to us.
My guests were telling me they were crawling around on the floor taking pictures, twisting and contorting in weird angels to get the right shot and I knew when I heard that we had made the right choice with picking them for our wedding. Only a true artist would go through that to get the perfect shot.
Our wedding was a very different wedding. It was Doctor Who and War Machine themed. In order to understand us and our theme, they watched episodes of Doctor Who and looked up information about War Machine. I've never heard someone do that much work to get to know a couple and their wedding.
They told me this was their first big wedding and I couldn't be more honored to help give them a step in growing their business. I hope more people hire them for their big weddings and enjoy their company, friendship and work as much as we did. Thank you guys so much for everything you guys did! You helped make our day so special and fulfilled my every request (even when I made it last minute). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Today I took part in my first ever photo shoot:) It was for my sons 1st birthday celebration! Devon happens to be a work friend of mine and when I told her I wanted to do pictures of him, she said she would be thrilled to shoot it. I was super super nervous before hand wondering if he would smile and if he would look okay and act right because he's a baby and I couldn't just tell him to smile. I asked a million questions and Dev always followed up with "he will do his thing and it will be perfect!" She was right. She made this one of the most incredible experiences ever! The amount of joy and excitement she got from getting a good shot had her practically jumping through the roof! She takes pride in what she does and it really shows in her pictures. I am beyond thankful and beyond in love with all the photos she took. She really captured the happiness and beauty in my little boy. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! I can't say enough wonderful things about Devon McCabe and InspirePhotos. From the first moment to the last, she was the epitome of professionalism, kindness, and creativity. We did a sort of "out of the box" shoot, which required that she really understand my story and what I wanted to capture behind the lens. Well, she met with me, discussed everything, asked me tons of questions, and over the next few days she texted and messaged me with ideas... and so much enthusiasm! We booked Inspire to do a family photo shoot and it poured the entire time, but the pictures still went on. Besides making us feel extremely comfortable, and allowing us to be ourselves, they made sun, played around with fun ideas, and made sure we had sweatshirts and umbrellas when we weren't in front of the camera. Hector and Carrie did photography for our wedding in March of this year and I couldn't be happier with how EVERYTHING turned out. They are the perfect mix of professional and fun. We had an amazing day and a HUGE part of it was due to how exceptional they are at their craft. I wanted a mix of different styles of photography and he exceeded my expectations! When Hector said "I am going to hang your wedding dress from a beam on the ceiling if that is okay with you?!" I knew I picked the right team for the job. I love his approach for thinking outside the box. He made me feel comfortable the entire day, and on your wedding day the last thing you want to worry about is if the photographer is catching a bad angle ha! They take time they need to capture "moments" especially those "organic moments" that you see all over Pinterest. My wedding album is exactly how I hoped it would look!!
