I offer coaching, face to face, over the phone or using FaceTime/ Skype or other online facilities. I trained with 'The Centre For Coaching', and coach people on a wide range of issues including career progression, relationship issues (both personal relationships and those at work), increasing confidence, finding new solutions to ongoing issues, and developing positive habits.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing or hearing in someone's voice when something changes for someone. Perhaps they have identified the problem, or a solution, or been able to change how they feel about something that has been negative for them. Coaching is all about helping people to make positive change. I enjoy helping others to unfold what this looks like for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I originally completed a coaching course to add skills to my training work. I loved coaching! I really enjoyed seeing and hearing the transformation for people. I experienced the coaching techniques I use as part of this training and that helped me change my outlook to some very difficult relationships in my life. It's helped me personally, and I wanted to offer this to others. I told a friend I had just done a coaching course and she was surprised that this wasn't something I had done before. She thought I was already a coach. That made me realise that with the tools from my training, coaching felt like a natural choice for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work around your goals, and our sessions are a collaboration between us both. My website has a short clip where I introduce myself, and some feedback from clients there too. I offer an initial getting to know you session free of charge. The decision is yours, but let us talk before you decide.
