They do deliver a very good job, but any issues & you’ll struggle to get them to come back. They done both my toilets & when I asked them to return to repair a leak, all be it a few years later but was fully expecting to pay in full. No confirmed date despite flexibility on my part. From our first visit to your wonderful showroom and the welcome received from Phil, the first visit from Wendy for the planning, to the difficulties you encountered whilst the transformation was taking place, the damage to the floor and the unevenness of the walls - the photos don’t show the hard work, blood, sweat and tears you put in to achieve the fantastic result. Fabulous experience with Wendy and her team from start to finish. We spent 2 years on and off looking at various options to renovate our small family bathroom. A friend recommended Inspired Vision and they did not disappoint! We had a friendly home visit with Wendy who talked us through honest, tailored options to suit our home space and lifestyle. The process was smooth from start to finish and the installation team uninstalled the dated bathroom (not an easy job as it uncovered some mistakes from previous owners DIY) and installed the new one within a week. We went on holiday during the installation but my in laws were there and were impressed with the team. Wendy is a skilled tradeswoman herself and employs (in our humble opinion) workers of a very high standard. We love our new hassle free, easy to clean, relaxing bathroom. Thank you all very much at Inspired Vision, our new bathroom is truly magazine worthy and we all love it. The work was carried out to a very high standard and Wendy project managed brilliantly. We were kept informed about every stage of the re-fit and were consulted regarding the exact placement of the bath and all the fittings. The fitting team led by Alex were all extremely professional,polite and very tidy. The rubbish team came and removed every piece of debris. I would highly recommend Inspired Vision and hope to be using them again soon . More...

Inspired Vision Bathrooms did an amazing job transforming our outdated 80s en suite in to a modern, stylish wet room. Wendy was great at keeping us informed and made several trips out with various catalogues and tile samples.
Even after the work was finished and we weren't happy with the mirror supplied, Wendy got us the model we preferred at no extra cost.
Phil is very particular with his job and likes to make sure everything is done correctly and to a high standard.
Very grateful to them both and will get in touch in a few years when the main bathroom requires updating!

Inspired Vision transformed our old outdated shower room into a modern contemporary and stylish wet room 2 years ago. Phil and Wendy took us through every step of the process from designing a 3D plan to advising us on choice of suite and tiles. We were absolutely delighted with the finished results and our wet room is still pristine 2 years on. However, what Phil and Wendy should pride themselves on is their after service...twice I have called on them ...once to advise on a product to use to help with mould. Phil actually came out of his way to bring the product to us and even applied it for us... again just recently when our shower pump packed in..we asked Inspired Vision for advice..Phil came to the rescue..helped us to source a pump..came and swapped it over within days. If you are reading this and need a bathroom, phone Inspired Vision Bathrooms now before you have to wait longer than you already do (their work is that good)! I’d be amazed if you were disappointed.Phil came out to survey our bathroom and provide us with a quote for an upstairs wet room. What followed was the most helpful, personal service we could have asked for. Phil and Wendy were open, honest and supportive to our ideas without being unrealistic. Where ideas would not have worked they spoke honestly and without negativity. They were patient and understanding through out the project. And their attention to detail has exceeded my own.In my opinion, the wet room that Inspired Vision Bathrooms has created for us is on par with what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel or up market restaurant. With regards to value for money, it is difficult to place a monetary value on trust and the feeling that you are being prioritised before profit.
