I've done tub and shower remodels in multiple homes, but this was one of the worst. They took over 3 months to complete the work. The shower trim was brown instead of silver, and still had the slime-collecting metal threshold I was trying to eliminate. The tub trim wall wasn't level. Multiple tiles on my bathroom floor were cracked. Their clean up was lousy. I gave them two stars just to be fair because the rest of the work was nice and the workers were pleasant. My advice: don't believe anything they promise you, insist on more written details, don't let them use sub-contactors, closely inspect all parts before they are installed, and don't expect any concessions or apologies when something goes wrong. I recently remodeled my bathroom with Inspire Baths.It came out great! Paul, the owner of inspire baths has a great team. They are highly skilled work force and deliver very high quality work . The thing I like about them is they work weekends to complete projects. BTW, they do everything from helping design, choosing materials to demolition, tiling, plumbing, electrical and painting. Thanks Shane and Paul for a job well done. The cast iron tub was removed and new walk in shower installed just as you outlined in the presentation and over the phone with all questions that were asked. In sum, we are very happy with the replacement of our existing tub/shower with a walk-in shower. The selection of colors and hardware was more than adequate, and what sets this firm apart from much of the competition is that new materials replace the existing wallboard and tile, if present, from floor right up to the ceiling, accomplished in a tasteful manner. The end result is that the shower blends in perfectly with the existing decor, and is well worth the investment. In spite of having to remove a cast iron tub, the installation was completed flawlessly by late afternoon by two men, who appeared to live and breath by installing showers. More...

Linda from Bathwraps is a professional at what she does, my wife and I were very happy with her presentation and she actually sold us on the product.
Paul from Bathwraps also showed up on a Saturday and helped us on making a decision which happened to be the right call. Thank you both for converting our tub into the beautiful bathroom shower it is today .
