With Carla’s help I have come a long way in a few short months. I have fibromyalgia so I struggle with muscular pain, joint pain and balance but with her guidance I am now able to do lunges, squats ,weight training and even boxing. My goal was to find a personal trainer that was professional, personable and could help me enjoy working out again. Carla has done just that. Each workout she challenges me with new exercises, pushing me to work outside of my comfort zone. She is really helpful at talking through each exercise so you understand what muscles should be working, and help you strengthen the weaker ones. The support and knowledge she provides on healthier food choices has been a game changer. I am now conscious of what I eat and take the time to plan out my meals. Setting time aside each week for working out was never a priority for me. Now it is something I look forward to and seeing results is the best motivator to keep going. I found Inspiration fitness online and after meeting Carla, I liked her professionalism and credentials. I thaught she could get me back in shape. She helped me with food choices, recipes and challenged me with the workouts ( they are always tailored for my needs). I lost a great amount of weight and am getting stronger. Carla and the team at Inspiration Fitness are true professionals and amazing at everything they do. I came to Carla just over a year ago, full of poor eating habits, excuses, and large quantities of Diet Coke. :-) Carla has guided me every step of the way and the transformation has been truly remarkable. My goal was to find a personal trainer who would get me into better shape, push me to work outside of my comfort zone and provide me with information so I made better food choices. Carla exceeded my expectations! Every workout has been a unique sequence of exercises (you never did the same workout twice) ...which goes a long way in keeping the workouts fun but challenging! I feel stronger, I feel more 'fit', I am more conscious of what I'm eating and I know that I am physically capable of accomplishing more than I thought. I have been enjoying yoga practice with Carla for three years now. When I started I was just coming back to yoga after a number of years. Her student-centered approach and genuine caring and love of wellness has inspired be to try more and more challenging poses and has lead me to take several classes with her a week and to expand my yoga practice to include 5 classes a week altogether. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been and my body shape is finally what I had always hoped it would be. I wish I had discovered Carla 30 years ago! More...
