I have been a long term sufferer of Anxiety often leaving me stripped of confidence and mentally exhausted.I am an open minded person and willing to try new things. So over the years i have tried many therapies and treatments to aid me in my battle against anxiety.

Hypnotherapy has been the most incredible and wonderful tool for me. Keli is an incredibly positive, friendly, professional and knowldegeable hypnotherapist.

From day 1 of my treatment she welcomed me and allowed me to visit points in my past, that initiated bad cycles in my subconscious mind. Over a few weeks of treatment we were able to tackle and gradually change my thought processes into a more positive and focused state.

I cannot thank you Keli enough, i no longer have the extreme lows,worries or obsessive thoughts that left me exhausted. I have regained my confidence in a way i never have before, I feel so wonderful and settled.

Having seen the results I then also visited Keli to help me stop biting my nails as hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool for addictions and habits. It has been 4 weeks and i now have nails!!!
