What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help others achieve their objectives!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in traditional salaried employment for some years, I was looking for a change and a great opportunity to collaborate presented itself, just after I completed my MBA. It was too good an opportunity to miss out on and that's how my business journey started out some years ago.
Why should our clients choose you?
1. I have years of experience of working at senior executive and board level. As such, I have 'walked in your shoes' whether as someone needing executive coaching or commissioning external personnel to assist with consulting projects. Equally, as a business owner, I understand the frustrations, stress and overwhelm that can occur in one own business, having run a successful business for over 20 years.
2. In my opinion, good consultants and coaches, not only bring their own experience to bear but also from the different clients. I am fortunate enough to have worked with clients in over three continents both in management and business consulting and coaching and therefore can bring a range of experiences to my work.
3. Finally, I am a firm believer that any intervention with our company, should result in a tangible difference for our clients. As such, we clearly identify, what we hope to achieve with our clients at the start of each project.
