I don't normally leave reviews but so feeling so grateful after these Hypno sessions. I signed up for 6 sessions primarily to help with anxiety and some jaw tension and headaches. I have been a smoker for 40 years a pack a day. I decided to try hypnotherapy with Stefan at inside out. And I'd like to say I have now been smoke free for 10 and a half months and have never felt better, my husband has been smoke free for 7 months and another friend smoke free for months, as well as another that is almost two months smoke free. i have tried many times to quit over the years and I can, Finally say I will never smoke again.not ever. I never thought that I could stop the habit of smoking. I really thought it would have me as a slave for life as it is really hard to quit but with me really wanting to stop and the help of Stefan, not only did I stop but it was overnight and without any cravings at all. To this day I am in awe of how easy it was. Stefan was very relaxing, friendly and professional.
