Our event production services are bespoke services tailored to your event to help everything go smoothly. Your assigned Event Manager will be able to liaise with any third party contacts or suppliers on your behalf whether booked by yourself or us and implement a number of our specialist event production services to help your event run as smoothly as possible.

A constant and reliable power supply is crucial to the success of any event. Whether there is already an onsite supply or if there is nothing at all, our team of qualified technicians and engineers are here to help. When you use us for your onsite power distribution, we will even liaise with all onsite suppliers in advance to ensure the site plan accommodates all vendor requirements.

Professional and reliable staff are key to a successful event. We believe that having the right event staff working on your event from start to finish is one of the most important factors in helping to produce the perfect event. We maintain extensive in house training programs with all of our staff to ensure their knowledge, skill and professionalism is always second to none.

We bring the bar to you. Using our modular mobile bar units and large stock of ancillary bar equipment, we are able to create a truly bespoke bar for every one of our clients. Our units can be configured to create different shapes to maximise the full use of your space. Our staff our professional and friendly and will ensure a quick and reliable service throughout your event.

Beautiful additions to any marquee or venue. We have a variety of venue decoration products available for hire that can help transform any marquee or event space in to your perfect party setting. Our skilled team of creatives can not only help you choose products to compliment your event but are also available for the install of our products and dressing of your venue. We also stock a large range of event furniture including tables and chairs, sofas and a variety of themed furniture and props. Dance floors are a great addition to any party and are available in a variety of finishes.

Many of our services are bespoke to individual client’s requests. We have a wealth of experience working on specialist events and in unusual situations. The magic of theatre lighting is embedded in the DNA of our technical team. We aim to turn marquees into a production spectacle through illumination. Our lighting stock is wonderfully varied. We are proud to stock industry standard theatre / tour grade fixtures from Chauvet, Elation, SGM and Electronic Theatre Controls to name a few. Our range of festoons and fairy lights are bespoke items made for us, and our control and dimmer equipment for such lighting is often custom made in house. When it comes to using our lighting stock in marquee or event environments, we have a unique approach, with a beautiful end product.

We understand the acoustic properties of event spaces, especially our marquees. Our in-house qualified engineers design sound and PA systems that are discrete, powerful and offer crystal clear audio. We can offer advise and equipment for sound insulation and noise reduction, including designing you a noise cancelling sound rig that can only be heard in certain areas, or using our brand new insulated linings to reduce noise by up to 30%.
