Don't be misled by their website's claim of a 95% pass rate; in the group I trained with, the actual pass rate was only 25%. After my exam retake, I'll explain the reason for the low pass rate and evaluate the top-up training, considering the customer service, the trainer, the literature, and the classroom setting. Before I joined Training 4 employment i checked with 3/4 other course providers. None was offering me the price T4E offered me which was really exceptional and affordable for me. In order to register I called T4E and I was explained everything in professional manner which further inclined me do the course with them. Two days before the start of course due to sickness of my partner I requested T4E to change my course date, thanks to Staff they changed the dates for me and put me on next earliest possible course days as per my convenience. I really appreciate their kind support. I successfully completed the modules for first Aid and DS top up course. The trainer Riz Dean and First Aid trainer were really efficient and outstanding.
