I went to my free class this past Sunday. It's a nice and small studio. I was the only student there assuming because of the hurricane situation. However, I was still able to do the class and it was a very good one. I appreciate that the instructor (forgot her name) still did an amazing class regardless if I was the only one there. Had an awesome time at innerride. I had some trouble finding the place but thats because I don't live in Miami anymore but even with all of that the instructor was super kind and the class itself was amazing. Just an advisory the website says the studio opens at 10 am on Tuesdays which isn't true as the class I took was from 7 AM to 8 AM. Hopefully next time around, I can take a class on the rooftop. I’ve never enjoyed spinning... it’s so intimidating the see everyone’s numbers plastered at the front of the class. But Innerride totally changed my views on spinning studios! No numbers, just dancing on a bike and riding to the beat of the music. Their instructors are awesome and have the best playlists. You’re almost a little sad when the class is over because you want to keep riding! It’s become my favorite workout and Innerride is def the best studio. They have rooftop sunrise and sunset classes that are awesome! Definitely a unique way to get your workout in... view is beautiful! More...

I had a really good class here. Nice boutique feel to the studio. Staff are great and the workout was upbeat and fun. Will be back for sure, location is a bonus as you can head out into Wynwood after class.

Firstly, Innerride fitness studio is very friendly and welcoming. It’s a clean environment where towels and shoes are provided. I’ve had the opportunity to do 2 classes with Melissa Barker. Her energy and expertise makes me feel challenged and motivated throughout the class.
