I started attending Linda's pregnancy yoga classes when I was 14 weeks pregnant. Linda has been accommodating throughout, offering a trial session and flexibility on class dates when I was unable to attend. She also arranged classes so I was with mums of a similar due date to myself and this has been amazing for sharing worries, tips, questions and stories with ladies in the same situation. The yoga was adapted throughout the stages of pregnancy, staying active early on, focusing on our aches and pains later on, and with constant emphasis on breathing, relaxation and taking the time to connect with our bodies and babies. These pregnancy classes are more than just yoga moves though, the most beneficial aspect for me has been Linda’s wealth of information due to her background and experience. Over 28 weeks, her advice and techniques have been reinforced and committed to my brain, I feel fully prepared in the knowledge that I am as ready as a first time mum can be!!! It is for this reason I would highly recommend Inner Sanctum Yoga to any expectant mum. More...

As someone with a few years yoga practise, and being in my first pregnancy, I wanted to find a class that was geared towards suitable practise for pregnancy and relaxation. I have gained so much more than just learning some new postures and breathing techniques, from the classes with Linda. One thing I really like is that Linda tries to split classes around due dates where possible, so I have made a great set of friends all of whom are experiencing the different stages of this wonderful journey at around the same time. The classes are a mix of sharing experiences and learning from each other, in a safe and really positive environment, with dedicated time for practising active birthing postures, breathing and relaxation and yoga asana’s to help relieve pregnancy related ailments. Linda has a lovely, open and positive style, she brings years of experience of therapy and a deep insight into pregnancy related issues. I always leave the classes feeling relaxed, positive and energised. I’ve also tried out one of Linda’s reflexology sessions which I found lovely and energising. I would highly recommend Linda’s classes, for any expectant mum’s, I’m looking forward to coming back to class with our baby for some baby massage and yoga! More...

I started Preganancy Yoga at Inner Sanctum when I was 26 weeks preganat and really enjoyed the whole experience. It was a lovely way to relax throughout my pregnancy, whilst still do light exercise. I also enjoyed the opportunity to meet other mums and share our experience at different stages during our pregnancies. Linda also offered some great advance and tip on Labour from her experience with many mums. I would highly recommend Pregnancy Yoga for any Mums to be :-) More...

I started yoga with Linda when I was about 20 weeks pregnant and wish I had started much earlier. Linda’s classes were relaxing and fun and a great opportunity to meet other ‘Mums to be’ in the local area. I loved the fact that each class started with some chat time where we all had a chance to share any baby news, ask any questions and have a general discussion about pregnancy/birth etc. In our class there were some 2nd time Mums too so we were able to ask them lots of questions. The yoga moves we did were very gentle and I always left the class feeling relaxed and in-tune with my body. I attended Linda’s yoga class right up until the day before I went into labour! The breathing exercises that I learnt really helped me with the initial stages of labour. When my daughter was about 10 weeks old I started a baby massage / yoga class with Linda which has been excellent. There is lots of singing and movement to keep baby entertained and I use the massage routine as part of our daily going to bed ritual now! My daughter has loved the classes and I am sure she recognised Linda’s voice as she has been so happy and smiley during each class and hardly takes her eyes off Linda! I would recommend pregnancy yoga with Linda to anyone who is thinking about it – she is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back if/when I get pregnant again and will start the classes much earlier! More...

I cannot recommend Linda's Pregnancy Yoga classes enough. I had previously done a little Yoga and started with Linda at around 27 weeks. I'm 39 weeks now and still benefiting. Linda is extremely welcoming and relaxed whilst her obvious knowledge and experience fills you with confidence. Linda runs her classes by placing expectant mum's who are at around the same stage of pregnancy in groups together. It has been great for meeting other mum's to be from my area and allows for a very 'safe environment' to discuss any pregnancy 'issues'. Highly recommended. More...

I attended Linda's Pregnancy yoga class for my first pregnancy and it really helped me get through my active stage of labour. The classes are so friendly and I really valued Linda's experience and different techniques for getting my body and mind prepared for labour and how to cope during labour. I missed the classes so much when I had my little girl and I am now back again with baby number 2. Linda tailors the class to the needs of its participants and it is an excellent way to meet and share experiences with other mums to be. Linda is a fabulous teacher and I cannot recommend her enough! I attended linda's pregnancy yoga class during both my pregnancy's. It offers so much more than a yoga class. It teaches you how to relax using your breath and teaches you how to channel this into everything you do leading up to your labour or if you having a c-section. How you are during your pregnancy has a huge impact on your baby and how they are both during your pregnancy and when they arrive. Linda is a very warm and friendly individual and makes you feel that you can discuss anything amongst the group to alleviate the anxiousness running up to the labour. I also had the pleasure of having 2 reflexology sessions which were well worth the extra money and felt so much lighter after the session. Happy Breathing x More...

I attended pregnancy yoga at Inner Sanctum during both of my pregnancies. Linda groups people together of similar due date so you go through the journey together with tougher stretching at the beginning and more birthing practice and relaxation at the end. The relaxation is very good and I ended up using the same relaxation CD during my second labour to help remind me of a calm place while giving birth! The informal, chatty atmosphere means you get to make good local friends of fellow Mums to be! Highly recommended. More...

After becoming pregnant I wanted to join a local yoga class that specialised in pregnancy yoga to try and balance out the stress of work with some calming influences throughout this special time. I contacted Linda at 12 weeks pregnant after reading her glowing reviews on line and arranged a one to one session to meet. I found Linda to be warm and inviting and after meeting her for the first time signed up to her group sessions straight away. This is one of the best things I could have done as Linda works hard to ensure that all particpants in her group sessions bond and share in their experiences. As a result of this I have developed strong relationships within the group and we still meet regularly for coffee etc 7 months on, a wonderful life line to discuss your experiences as each new stage passes with your little one. Linda's knowledge of pregnancy along with her breathing techniques helped to ensure that I was well prepared for labour and contributed to my positive state of mind. I have no doubt that it was these sessions that ensured I was as calm and prepared as I could be during labour and I still look back on these sessions with fondness More...

Linda's classes are so much more than yoga and I couldn't recommend highly enough! I started the classes at about 22 weeks, having a taster session first (Linda offered this for free to check if they would be for me) and then weekly classes. All the girls in the group are due within a month or so of each other and it has been such a great experience talking through what's happening, learning from each other and discussing everything including highs and lows! The yoga has become more gentle as we near out due dates, although there's still scope to stretch and challenge yourself if it feels right. Linda's knowledge is fantastic, she knows an awful lot about both pregnancy and yoga and happily shares stories. She is able to make suggestions to accommodate any aches and pains and strives to ensure each person gets what they need from their yoga session. The Wed night group is more than just a yoga group, seeing the same faces every week and sharing so much is an absolute pleasure - we are looking forward to the first baby being born and have started to meet for coffee now in between yoga sessions. I short, I'm so pleased to have found Linda and her classes and will be making the most of post pregnancy classes and baby massage too. More...

Heard about Linda's classes through a friend who also went to her Pregnancy Yoga class. Started when I was 16 weeks and found Linda, the studio atmosphere and fellow pregnant girls really supportive and importantly good fun and relaxation! Linda is great at listening to what you need and helping you with various stretches and techniques. Me and my class bonded very quickly and this I think was down to Linda - every week we always introduced ourselves, how many weeks pregnant we were and any baby news plus and Angel card. It was a lovely space to relax in and talk baby! Particularly loved the relaxtion at the end and I gurantee the breathing techniques did help me through early stages of labour.Currently doing the Baby Massage which again is very good and my little boy loves it!Throughly recommend Linda's classes and when the time comes for Baby No 2 I will be back!! I began Linda's pregnancy yoga at 16 weeks. The atmosphere was welcoming and informal. Linda immediately puts everyone at their ease. We began each class with everyone taking an 'angel card' - an adjective used to spark disclosure about how they were feeling. I found this element a great way to learn about other people's experiences and to share my own without feeling forced. The yoga itself was incredibly beneficial both in relaxing me during my pregnancy and in equipping me with breathing techniques and positions for birth. Linda answered our questions, made us laugh and helped us develop friendships with the group that have proved invaluable! Linda has a lovely dog and as a dog lover I enjoyed jasper's presence in the classes but this may not appeal to everyone. All in all I would highly recommend Linda's classes. More...

I started attending Linda's pregnancy yoga classes when i was 19 weeks pregnant. As a yoga beginner i had no idea what to expect. From the outset i found her classes friendly, welcoming and relaxing. We were assigned to groups where all the mums have a close due date so we have been able to support each other throughout our time being pregnant, and meet up regularly now we are on maternity leave. I work full time and have a busy lifestyle. I thoroughly recommend Linda's classes as it has given me the time to focus on myself and the baby(she was also flexible about attendance to classes due to my shift work) . I have learnt relaxation and breathing techniques that have helped me throughout my pregnancy. Also the education you receive from talking to other expectant mums and Linda has left me feeling prepared for giving birth and life as a new mum, so much so i have not felt the need to pay for NCT classes.I have also had a reflexology session with linda, i found this very relaxing, again lovely to have the time to focus on yourself and be pampered. I had wanted to do yoga for many years, but had never had the courage to find myself a class until I became pregnant last year. I started classes when I was 18 weeks and Linda encouraged me to join a class with other women with a similar due date to me.

At every stage of my pregnancy, Linda was attentive to my needs and helped me and the rest of the class exercise safely. These classes were also excellent preparation for birth as the all important breathing techniques that I found the NHS simply do not provide were regularly covered and I found them to be invaluable during my birthing experience. I was able to use them to control my pain and consequently gave birth without the use of drugs - something I'm sure I would not have done had I not had the correct training throughout my pregnancy!

I have also found these classes to be invaluable when it came to meeting other mothers. Each week, we would share baby news, which meant that we gradually got to know each other. As a class, we all came back after all the babies were born and did the baby massage and baby yoga class together - something my son has thoroughly enjoyed and continues to do so as the songs we learned helped to make the yoga fun and really forge a bond between the two of us - one song in particular is nearly always guaranteed to evoke a smile and even end tears! Five months later and my class are still meeting up weekly - I've just finished clearing up after hosting today's get-together!

Four months after birth, I started a 'normal' yoga class and Linda has continued to be caring and supportive in my bid to shape up, always advising me on how to exercise safely, but also encouraging me to push myself and try new things.

I have only positive things to say about Linda and the yoga experience she provides for all the life stages I have experienced, but particularly during my pregnancy. If you are expecting a baby, you will find that yoga is a fantastic way to bond with your baby and prepare you for
