What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. Emotional and psychologica distress are debilitating and many people suffer in silence. i will really listen to my clients, together we build a therapuetic relationship and alliance so that we can explore issues together and work out a way forwards...
What inspired you to start your own business?
To make therapy more accessible either face to face or on-line.. The amount of people suffering inspired me to start my own business as the NHS is limited. I have suffered myself and hit brick walls with the current system we have in this country. Mental health is equally important as physical health, I feel strongly about this.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am warm, empathic and understanding. After exploration of the issue, I work with my clients in a solution focused way. Together we look for ways to incorporate change to improve quality of life and relationships.
