Innate Sense is a little gem of a hole-in-the-wall place! Located in the office complex behind retail shops and Weinerschnitzel, this place is an oasis of relaxation, perfect for a inexpensive "spa day" or a de-stressing session after work. Dress comfortably (yoga or workout wear) for the best experience as the massage is done fully clothed under a sheet. (Although they were great to work around my work clothes the first time I came in too.) Appointments are recommended but it's easy to get in. I'll be coming here again and again! More...

I have had several deep tissue massages from Holly, and they were heavenly. Someone I know at Los Gatos Sea Salt Therapy strongly recommended that I should get an appointment with Monique. I am so happy I did. When I came in for my appointment Monique greeted me with a warm smile and we sat down to talk a little bit about what was going on with my back. I could feel that Monique has a very peaceful energy about her. My massage was incredible. She really does have that Innate Sense to find trouble spots I didn't even know I had. I became so relaxed I actually fell asleep twice during the massage!Monique is without a doubt the best, most intuitive massage therapist I have ever met. A nice little zen oasis in Willow Glen! As soon as I entered I enjoyed the calm and peacefulness of the place. I had a Reiki treatment with Holly, and I really felt the benefits of her healing even before she was done. The essential oils she used with wonderful and enhanced my experience. I've had a severe spine condition since the mid-90's. I've had 5 spine surgeries. I have used SO many different massage therapists in that time, enduring all kinds of therapy--some good, some not so good. Monique is BY FAR the BEST THERAPIST I HAVE EVER USED! Some of the therapists I previously used were ones hired by the NFL team I worked for in 2001-3. All were hired to work on our athletes and coaches, regularly. Most were pretty good at it. NONE of them even came CLOSE to Monique's skill level with massage. She has an uncanny sense of being able to immediately locate problem areas; then she applies perfect pressure to ease the discomfort. Monique was referred to me by another therapist, and I've since refused to go ANYWHERE else for treatments, since. For 10+ years, now, I've used her, exclusively, for 2 hours, once a week. In all that time, I have not received anything but 5 star+ treatment. She is so consistent and extremely professional in her approach.
