Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere make this a cozy place. Easy to get to, hard to leave. Positioned nicely in wine country and not far off of the QEW, this charming hotel has room service and a small numbers of rooms that feel meticulously cared for. Located in Jordan Village, the Inn is lovely and the staff are fabulous. We walked along the street -- we didn't have to drive to anything in the village --restaurants, winery, cafe, shops along the main street. The food and service at The Inn On The Twenty Restaurant and The Jordan House Tavern were excellent. This is a great place for couples. Some minor aspects of the refreshing or refurbishing of the rooms could be improved upon; particularly in the bathrooms, but they are not major things. Cleanliness was good. More...

A beautiful restaurant, with great food! We started with the foie gras - perfect! My husband loved his perfectly cooked filet, my son had the special - a rack of venison and my daughter-in-law had the pappadelle pasta - both were yummy. But the star of the evening was my dish, a lamb shank with couscous, served in a tagine. When the lid was lifted, the aroma was divine. I am having our wedding here next year so my review will mainly be from that point of view.1. The actual hotel is beautiful, older and classic while still maintained with modern amenities. 2. The street it's on in Jordan is so charming, it's a great location.3. Wedding planning with them has been a breeze! Every single question I ask is answered quickly and so kindly. I booked my wedding at the Inn on the Twenty and I was definitely not disappointed. I was in Jordan from Tuesday to Sunday and ate at the hotel, the restaurant, my wedding dinner, room service and Jordan House and didn't have a bad meal. The meals were probably some of the best I have ever had.||The staff was amazing. From the ladies at the front desk to the ladies who supported me in planning my wedding I have to say they were all amazing. ||I would recommend this place for a romantic getaway or wedding to anyone who asks. The gardens are amazing and rooms beyond comfortable. We stayed at the Inn while attending a wedding in the area. It's in a lovely location. The room was extremely spacious but our bed's mattress was too soft for our liking. The staff were helpful but the maid needs a bit of help making a bed. We were there for two nights and our sheets were pulled up but the bottom sheet was still in a mess. The room was extremely clean and had a jacuzzi along with a separate shower. Our room was extremely quiet even though it was located near a staircase. We never heard a thing outside our unit while we were there. There is a restaurant for the hotel right across the street. The restaurant and staff were fantastic. Went to Jordon for butter tart and decided to have lunch here, nice place across the street from the INN the dinning room looks out to the ravine, I enjoyed the house made beef burger quite good with huge fries on the side, also had the lobster mac and  cheese also great good chunks of lobster.

A fabulous place, with excellent food, wonderful and efficient staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. My friend enjoyed her Beef Bourguinon thoroughly and I relished my Potato Leek soup and Halibut entree.
