Loved the atmosphere. Staff was very attentive. Food was great!
Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere make this a cozy place. Easy to get to, hard to leave. Positioned nicely in wine country and not far off of the QEW, this charming hotel has room service and a small numbers of rooms that feel meticulously cared for. Located very closely to the Cave Springs Winery and the Dine On The Twenty restaurant. There is a tavern down the street and a bakery/cafe next door. Enjoy your stay! More...
Absolutely a place I would recommend to my friends. We came for lunch, our server is very professional, and explain the menu to us a bit to help us decide. Food is nice and fresh, homemade bread is delicious. Lovely plating and great portion size. Window view is amazing!!! More...
Great location as it’s set in the little village of Jordan. Lots of little shops for Xmas shopping or just that little something special for a friend.
Located in Jordan Village, the Inn is lovely and the staff are fabulous. We walked along the street -- we didn't have to drive to anything in the village --restaurants, winery, cafe, shops along the main street. The food and service at The Inn On The Twenty Restaurant and The Jordan House Tavern were excellent. This is a great place for couples. Some minor aspects of the refreshing or refurbishing of the rooms could be improved upon; particularly in the bathrooms, but they are not major things. Cleanliness was good. More...
We were gifted a night at the Inn and a dinner for our 30th wedding anniversary. Used this for my husband's birthday. What a beautiful heritage hotel. The suite was spectacular. A beautiful restaurant, with great food! We started with the foie gras - perfect! My husband loved his perfectly cooked filet, my son had the special - a rack of venison and my daughter-in-law had the pappadelle pasta - both were yummy. But the star of the evening was my dish, a lamb shank with couscous, served in a tagine. When the lid was lifted, the aroma was divine. Brian, our waiter kept everything moving at a lovely relaxed pace. We will be back! More...

I am having our wedding here next year so my review will mainly be from that point of view.1. The actual hotel is beautiful, older and classic while still maintained with modern amenities. 2. The street it's on in Jordan is so charming, it's a great location.3. Wedding planning with them has been a breeze! Every single question I ask is answered quickly and so kindly. Specifically Sharon-Kay and Grace have been so helpful, and even just calling the hotel to do things like book rooms is very smooth and always easy.4. The food at Dining on the Twenty is amazing, and the view is even better! More...

We were treated by our girls for Christmas. Had to postpone until July. Very nice quaint inn. Staff are great. Rooms are very nice. And, water pressure in our shower, amazing! The room had a sitting area with a love seat and chair, and then the area with the bed. The TV was a 32” or so that faced the “bed area”. We had to move furniture, and point the TV to the sitting area. They should either have a tv on an arm that can be swivelled to the sitting room, or 2 TVs. Only complaint would be the TV system, as in no “special” tv channels. We would look at the guide, and see a show we wanted to watch, and “channel unavailable”. ||Don’t get me wrong, TV was not an important part of our stay, but for 1 to 2 hours each day, it was a thing||Now, biggest issue was that our girls paid for a package that included breakfast. On check in, the receptionist did not communicate with us that “breakfast was included, and here is where you go...”. So, as a result, we did not eat breakfast one day, and went next door for a bite and paid for it on our last day.||Overall, I would go back. More...

We stayed for the weekend at the lovely Inn on the Twenty, which is simply the valley in which it is situated. Jordan is a tiny town near Beemsville and Vineland and very close to Niagara on the Lake. There are a few small specialty shops across the road from the Inn, but don't feel like you will be spending a lot of time shopping there unless you are looking for what they are selling, ie hats, fancy dresses. ||The room itself was enormous, we stayed in 18 and it was on the second floor, with 20 foot ceilings opened up to the original post and beam, slightly dated, but well kept and quiet. The bed was firmer than we are used to but we slept like babies. Our package included dinner across the road at the Inn on the Twenty restaurant that has amazing views of the valley and water below. Breakfast on Saturday was fresh made to order from a menu and was exceptional, Sunday however was a brunch with premade scrambled eggs etc in chaffing dishes, however for a small fee you could have ordered breakfast to your room Sunday from the same menu, I would recommend that over the warmed items.||Dinner at the Inn was quiet good, I had the gnocchi which was incredibly delish and huge! A large bowl full of fresh vegetables cooked to perfection with a few delightful pieces of ricotta gnocchi done in a way I have never had. I also had the lamb which was bountiful and delishish. ||We went for a hike into the valley but found that flooding had closed a large portion of the trail so we meandered over to Balls Falls which is a short drive away and paid 8 dollars a person to walk an easy hike to view two different and powerful waterfalls. ||Lastly I'll mention dinner Saturday night, if in the area you must try the Pearl Morrisette. When we went it was 14th best place to eat in Canada with only one other spot in Toronto making the list for Ontario. Reservation are a must and taken 90 days in advance. Look it up. I review it. The Inn on The Twenty is a lovely inn. Our suite was beautiful, especially the bathroom. We did have an old TV that pulled out on a stand above the fireplace. We really would have preferred a smart TV or larger wall unit as we have experienced in their other suites. It is time to deep six that TV! The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the pillow cases did not completely cover the pillows. This is a question of personal hygiene when you think about how many people sleep on those pillows. The cases have probably shrunk due to washing. It is time for new linens for sure! The inn is a member of the Vintage Hotel chain which advertises ‘Exceptional Experiences’ so the changes that I mention would help the Inn on The Twenty to rise to that ‘Exceptional’ level! More...

We had St Valentine's there. Fantastic place
This is a fantastic little boutique hotel in the middle of Niagara Wine Country. My wife and I were married here in 1998. ... and almost 21 years later, I surprised her for Valentine's Day with a night's stay and dinner at the restaurant we had our wedding dinner at..... Rooms are well appointed, spacious and perfect for a little romance. We stayed in a Wine Country Suite which included a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, and an enormous bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.Everything from check-in to check-out was awesome.Staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The nightly turn down service including a single white rose was a nice touch! It is worth noting that the Inn also owns Restaurant on the Twenty across the street.... this 5 star restaurant will leave you wanting for absolutely nothing!Try the Halibut, or the Atlantic Salmon sashimi...... or the scallops and pork belly....if you enjoy great food, you simply can't go wrong!!!After dinner, we wandered up to the Jordan House tavern for a couple of beers. Here's a tip for the price conscious.... the hotel offers an awesome (but expensive) room service breakfast option.... BUT, if you are willing to get out if bed and go fetch your own, the bakery next door, De La Terre, serves an awesome breakfast. We had the Avocado Toast, Breakfast sandwich, a Cinnamon stick and 2 coffees for less than a single breakfast from the room service menu..... totally not knocking what the Inn has to offer, simply offering an alternative that allows guests to support another local business. Our "package" included tasting passes for several local wineries and we happily spent the next day exploring these options and discovering some awesome local Niagara wines and craft brews!Thank you, Inn on the Twenty, for making Valentine's Day 2019 an awesome experience!!! If it happens to be raining, the hotel will provide an umberella that you can leave at the restaurant and pick up another one for the return trip. ||The free parking is close.||The free Wi Fi is easy to access and quite fast. ||I personally enjoyed a soak in the jetted tub after a day of walking around @Niagara On The Lake. ||Included were passes for complementary wine tasting at local vineyards. (One is right across the street next to the restaurant). We were also given a pass for a cheese tasting at a cheese shop about 1km away.||We will be staying there again on our next off season visit to the area. More...
Very quiet. Friendly staff. Relaxing. The yellow roses are a nice bonus!.
This was our first visit to this hotel. The lobby is large and very nice. We enjoyed the use of a suite and each had our own bedroom which was great. The room included a large shower but no tub. There is not much to do at this location. We arrived on a Monday to find most of the shops closed for the day. We did enjoy a wine tour at the Cave Spring which you can walk to from the hotel. You cannot purchase a movie in the room and that would have been nice since there was really no place to go. On the up side our breakfast and dinnerl at the restaurant was excellent. We did book pedicures at the spa and enjoyed our time spent there. The granola bars were the best I have ever had! More...
We have been visiting the Inn on the Twenty for approximately 10 years. This level of loyalty is obviously based on the high level of service provided. We have stayed in three different room types and all are spacious and provide the amenities that raise them to a level above the "typical" hotel room. The staff has a very strong and consistent customer orientation. (Beverly, front desk, is especially good in this area) Requests and concerns are addressed immediately and with vigor. If you are looking for a hotel experience that is far above the routine, this is an excellent choice. More...
I cannot say enough good things about Inn on the Twenty. My boyfriend and I stayed there on the weekend and it exceeded every expectation we had. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, the suites are spacious and clean, and property is beautiful and very well maintained. ||We had dinner at the Inn on the Twenty restaurant and the food was delicious and our server was very attentive.||We will definitely be coming back! Beautiful room, lovely gas fireplace, large comfortable bed..
I came here for a girls weekend during Twenty Valley’s Winter Winefest. We arrived and checked in quickly. There are no elevators and we needed to carry our suitcases and bags up a narrow flight of stairs to the second floor. The suites are HUGE! And so beautifully decorated. They come with lovely gas fireplaces, and a nice seating area with couches/chairs. Some rooms have a bar fridge too. We had two rooms that were very different from each other. Not all rooms are equal in size and furnishings. Our two queen beds were super comfortable! The washrooms are huge with a step in shower, and corner jacuzzi tub. Rooms on the second floor have high ceilings. Wonderful turn down service and they give the ladies a lovely rose each nice. Wonderful touch. It’s been 4 days and I still have my beautiful rose that I brought home.||||The hotel is the best place to be during the winefest!! We just walked out the front door and had a great time at the festival! We also enjoyed one amazing dinner at the Inn’s restaurant across the street. Our room package also came with free breakfast each morning which was once again fabulous. We also indulged in spa treatments!! So wonderful!!!! Highly recommend. More...
Great place great service great food. Nice to see servers who know food, wine and the overall business.
Amazing stay, beautiful room
10 star rating here. This place was absolutely fabulous. Very elegant. The Newton Perry suite is next level amazing. Will definitely be back.
A vintage hotel and restaurant, one of the amazing places
Great place for a weekend getaway
Inn on the Twenty is a remarkable place for a wedding or any functions. I had a pleasure of coming to this establishment twice now. The food is five stars and the staff is five stars. I stayed at Inn on the Twenty with a friend. We have both stayed at many inns and were delighted with this particular one. ||The Inn is set on an historic main street in the Niagara Region. The rooms and the guest lounges were thoughtfully decorated with elegant touches. The room had two very comfortable beds, a lounging area and a fireplace. The bathroom was very large with an oversized jet tub and separate shower. My friend is 7 months pregnant and had the best sleep that she has had in months. Our dinner was divine and our table overlooked the picturesque Twenty Valley. The service during our stay was attentive yet professional. And to top it off, we were able to indulge in spa treatments in their spa. I highly recommend Inn on the Twenty More...
Had lunch here and all 5 of us really enjoyed our meals!
The Inn is an amazing experience start to finish!
Wonderful wedding. Food was fantastic.
Excellent food and staff. Amazing views.
Nicely appointed roomy rooms. Beautiful location.
We stayed at this Inn which is in Jordan Village. The place is lovely. The staff were very friendly. Our room was very nice but we didn't quite like that we had a sitting room but the TV was in the bedroom. It would have been far better to have put the TV over the fireplace where it could have been viewed from both rooms. Had a bit of a problem with the shower but it also had a jet tub which was quite relaxing. There was a coffee shop next door and a few shops to check out. The restaurant associated with the Inn was across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Even got delicious cookies from the lobby one evening More...

Beautiful spot for a wedding! Lovely rooms, friendly staff.
Great food in the heart of wine country off the beaten path
Very cozy and classic feeling place. Would definitely recommend
Great location for a wedding reception. Cute hidden downtown area in wine country. There are stairs to banquet area.
Inn on the Twenty provides excellent packages, options, and vendor suggestions that make the whole wedding process much simpler and excellent. Whenever I was stuck, unsure, or confused, Grace (our included coordinator) was there to help us through with advice, clarifications, or suggestions, as needed, without ever interfering with our vision of the wedding. From Ceremony to Reception to clean-up, Stacey was our day-of manager and she was like a mind-reader, she was so quick to work magic and keep us on track. At one point, I felt like I was getting too warm. I glanced up, met Stacey's eye, and made a hand waving motion, and she was immediately at the thermostat adjusting it. They work closely with many local vendors as well, which makes the details of the process so much simpler. For a busy couple who wanted to focus on meaningful details, the full-service nature of the venue was so great, and the food was great, and the venue is beautiful. Food, alcohol, location fees, hotels for guests, dessert and late night food, it was all part of the services offered, making a very complicated process, much much easier. We really will miss Grace shepherding us through! More...
The hotel is exceptionally clean and lovely large rooms and bathrooms the staff is hit-and-miss some are Superior in summer less than Superior. Night staff in particular is lacking. The beds had no blankets unless you asked no refrigerators in the room and then available when requested in an empty hotel we were told they were all taken no creamer in your room because of lack of refrigeration how to request from the front desk and then they only brought you up two fingers no dry creamer in room room was either hot or cold heating system could use some work the sitting rooms in fireplace are lovely in the rooms the TV is too small and awkward place cable is exemplary internet service on the overall very enjoyable stay but we were at the off-season rates which we appreciate it immensely but do not feel the full rate is worth the stay the restaurant what is overpriced and the food wasn't very good the service was deplorable somebody spilled their drink all over me from the next table and it literally took them 35 minutes to clean it up and they accused me of the spill first and never did clean it well . The Inn on the Twenty is a gem located in the quaint village of Jordan. The Inn is a lovingly restored building that offers rooms of all shapes and sizes. Our room was a beautiful suite that had a comfortable seating area with fireplace and an expansive bathroom with Jacuzzi-style bathtub.||||Upon our arrival this frosty day, we were warmly greeted by Bev at the front desk and after a very brief check in process were escorted personally to our room. This added touch of individual hospitality helped us to feel truly welcomed to the property.||||Located just across the street (and associated with the Inn) are a fine dining restaurant and pub. There is also plenty of great wine to be enjoyed in this region and you can also taste at winery locales within the village or just stroll the small shops and galleries in town.||||I can highly recommend the Inn on the Twenty for a special getaway. Have been there a number of times over the years and it has always been fantastic. The service is excellent, the food amazing and the ambience is terrific. No trip to Niagara on the Lake is complete without a meal at Inn on the Twenty. It's low key but romantic. They have lots of gluten-free options and the wine pairing is exquisite. We stayed at the Inn for 2 nights at the Bed and Breakfast rate. Our room was on the second floor of the main inn and had a king size bed, fireplace, and jetted tub. The room was large with vaulted ceilings, and nicely decorated. Our only complaints were that the bed was uncomfortable, and the TV was located in an awkward spot, so it was impossible to sit comfortably on the bed or couch to watch during downtime in the room. On the other hand, turndown service in the evenings was a nice touch and room-service was to our satisfaction. ||||We booked our stay a couple of months in advance and received a phone call one week prior to our stay letting us know that there was a human error in our booking, so we had to push our stay back one day. We were offered a couple different options to make up for the error, but chose to take them up on the offer of one free three course dinner at the Inn Restaurant (and we are so glad we did!). ||||While meals at the Inn Restaurant were tasty and timely, we found the breakfast portions to be quite small. Dinner portions on the other hand, were much larger and so delicious! We were thoroughly impressed with the service staff during dinner who used our names and took the time to congratulate us on our anniversary. We would also recommend visiting the Jordan Tavern for a meal, their prices are great and the food exceeded our expectations. ||||Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Inn and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area. I have stayed at this amazing Inn several times, but have never left a review. This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious, and comfortable. The Team that works here go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and make you feel welcome. They are so engaging and friendly. ||||The village of Jordan, where this is situated is calm and serene place that makes you feel like you have arrived somewhere that you don't need or want to look at your phone, check your emails.... etc.||||The food at their restaurants are absolutely delicious. Even the breakfast, which is typically included with the stay, is top quality. I had a delicious smoked salmon, eggs, cream cheese, great coffee, ad again, great and friendly service.||||The wine store, (not actually owned by the Inn anymore, but still connected) is a welcoming place as well. Didi, Meg and Pat are so nice, and passionate about the Cave Springs wine. They are also passionate about the people that come into the store and make sure they have a wonderful visit.||||Look forward to seeing you all again soon!||||Thanks for a special stay! More...
We stayed for 2 nights.||Everything was verry good and the food itself was exeptional.||I noticed even on the first day that the level of quality had deteriorated slightly. ||Liquid soap containers instead of bars of soap. I have no problems with that except the pumps in the soap dispenser did not work properly.||Coat hooks on doors not attached properly.||In the dining room there were flies.||Also at breakfast there was only one server who seemed to be run off her feet. Service was very slow.||I realise that these are all relatively minor issues however having stayed at this facility several times over the years the change was noticable.||In the past everything was always outstanding. This time however there was a noticable drop in quality.||For the prices charged and reputation I expected more.||Staff were as helpfull and friendly as always.||In chatting with staff and vendors in the area we heard that the Inn was recently sold.||New owners/cost savings ||Its a pity as this Inn used to be really outstanding in all aspects. Now albeit still very good, the cutting edge of quality experienced in the past was somewhat dulled. More...

We stayed for a night for our anniversary. We haven't been to Jordan Station for many years. The Inn on the Twenty and the staff were great. ||We were welcomed genuinely at the front desk and after detailed explanations of the inn and our stay, she waked us up to our suite (nice touch). Suite 17 in the Inn was really nice. A good sized living room with gas fireplace love seat and coffee table & chair...King sized bed with a beautiful arched wall and view of the fireplace. There were beautiful wood beams incorporated into the ceiling, which reminded us of the history of the building and Jordan Station. The large bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, were 'traditional' but clean. Nice towels, robes and bath amenities. A very cozy place for a fall getaway. We wandered around in the shops & galleries & did a wine tasting & some shopping across from the Inn.||We had dinner at our favorite vineyard restaurant... (a 10 min drive from the Inn) at Vineland Estates Winery. We have never been disappointed there - and the dinner was spectacular as always. The next day we both had massages at the Spa on the Twenty (the spa beside the Inn). We both really enjoyed our deep tissue massages. Sometimes spa massages don't live up to the term "deep tissue" - but these were just what we asked for. ||We had a perfect quick overnight fall getaway in the lovely, quiet Inn. More...
Upscale rooms? Yes! Awesome friendly staff?Yes! If you are thinking this is an old school inn off the QEW think no more this is an upscale boutique hotel that will accommodate your every wish and more. Rooms are great, lots of extra touches (roses for bed turn down) who does that anymore which I thought was awesome!.However reality check not much to do at night so top reason you should come here is for the amazing food that Chef Jason Williams and fellow chefs prepare. Considering the hotel is in the heart of growing fields - wine grapes, plants, fruit ( peaches and cherries!) and flowers it’s no wonder the restaurant has a cornucopia of goodness to choose from. Also associated with Cave Springs Winery right there next to the restaurant so lots of interesting varietals to choose from at wallet friendly price points. We were given a package for a two night stay at the Inn on the Twenty as a gift. The package included breakfast each morning, dinner for two one evening and 4 wine tastings. ||I hadn’t been to the Inn in a number of years. The place hasn’t changed very much over the years, it is still elegant, though starting to show a little age. We had a loft suite, which is a room with a lower level and the bedroom in a loft. The reception and check in set the tone for the weekend. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Besides going through our package with us they also provided other suggestions of things to do and see.||The room itself was very beautiful and spacious. There is a two piece bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom in the upper level. The full bathroom is quite large but could use a bit of modernizing. A light in the shower would be nice, it was quite dark, and double sinks would help when getting ready for dinner. The bed was a little soft and we found the mattress uncomfortable. Having the two levels was really nice. I’m an early riser but my wife is not. Overall, the room was very clean and fairly well maintained. The hotel is very quiet making it easy to sleep at night. ||Dinner at the restaurant was very good but breakfast needs some work. The first morning we had an attentive server who was constantly coming by with coffee refills. However, the food was inconsistent. I felt the mushroom and cheese omelette was very bland. The second morning we waited for a long time for breakfast and the restaurant was not busy. Our server was nowhere to be seen at several points, making it difficult to get coffee or anything else. The couple beside us waited at least 15 minutes after being seated before being served. ||Generally, all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were told about the Inn On The Twenty from my daughter-in-law. I booked this trip to surprise my wife and it is one of the best trips we have ever been on. First the loft suite was a lot bigger then it shows on the internet. The hotel had a bottle of wine and chocolate treats waiting on our arrival as requested. All the staff was very friendly and the best was the lady at the front desk on dayshift. She noticed that I had a air boot on for a broken foot and gave us the key for the small elevator. We really appreciated that fact as it put less stress on my foot for going up and down the stairs to our room. We were invited each day to try out the freshly baked cookies that was on display by the front desk. The garden was very nice and relaxing to sit and read as my wife went to the spa for a message which she said was very good. We also can not say enough about our experience at the Inn On The Twenty restaurant it was one of the best restaurants we ever have visited as the staff and the food was very simply the best. We visited a couple of the wineries close by and that to was an excellent visit. When we decide later to go on a romantic stress free holiday it will definitely be The Inn On The Twenty More...
A beautiful place that we have stayed at so many times over the years. This time it looked tired. Everything needs to be updated, and hoping with the new ownership that will happen, because it truly was a gem. The staff is truly great. This trip I booked 2 garden suites for our group of 4. The rooms are large and comfortable and with not too many changes, other than bathroom fittings and shower, it will once again be the beautiful and only place I would consider staying at in the area. My daughter’s wedding was at Inn on the Twenty in October. The care and attention that went into the details of the wedding by the staff was above and beyond our expectations. Every detail was looked after quietly and expertly. Maribeth did an absolutely exceptional job of making sure even the smallest of details or requests were looked after. The food was exquisitely prepared and served. Can’t thank the venue enough for making this magical day one to remember. Thank you to the staff of Inn in the Twenty! More...
Stayed at this Inn after hearing great things from other couples who had stayed there. There was four of us in total and all of us stayed in the Vintage house. It is separate from the main inn located above the spa. You get your own driveway, own entrance and patio. Its directly next to the inn and across from cave springs winery.|| While it worked out very well for us two couples this setup might not be for everyone. If you have trouble walking stairs this isn't for you. Once in the door at the ground level you have to walk up about 20 stairs which might be troublesome for older guests or those with ailments. For us it was no problem at all and the couple we were travelling with had no complaints. The setup is at the top of the stairs, one room turns to the left and has a queen size bed, bathroom and view of the street. It also has a door that closes and locks from the stairway. The other room at the top of the stairs is on the right and has a living room seating area with fireplace as well as a fridge with coffee bar and a second bathroom which (on request will be unlocked for use).|| In the sitting area is a pull out couch which is where my wife and i slept. While the area is cozy the mattress was very uncomfortable. We didn't have high expectations for a pull out couch but it sufficed for one night. If you think this is going to be an issue for you then this might not be the room for you.|| Over all we enjoyed the inn, the staff had our room ready early for us and the accommodations we lovely.|| I would recommend this place if you were going winery touring or antiquing in the area. I would recommend two nights however to see all the sights around the surrounding area. More...
My husband and I have stayed at the Inn many times over the years - it is a perfect getaway spot within an easy drive of Toronto. Jordan is delightful, Cave Spring winery produces wonderful high-quality wines, the Inn on the Twenty restaurant has a great chef, all the staff are warm and welcoming. We have always enjoyed our stays.|However, on our last stay in the first week of January, we learned that the Inn and the restaurant had been acquired by new owners, Vintage Inns. Previously it had all been owned by the family who started Cave Spring. It was a rude surprise to find that while in the past breakfast had always been included, now it no longer was part of the room price. Room prices have not been reduced, btw. Now we were simply informed that the restaurant would be open for breakfast, at a charge of $12 - $20pp. We opted to go elsewhere. I have to wonder if this is not only a move to improve profits on the rooms, but if the breakfast service will be phased out entirely going forward if demand drops - resulting in fewer staff? The restaurant has always focused on well-prepared delicious local ingredients - will this continue? The employees and local people I spoke to admitted to being very nervous about the direction the new owners would be going in.|Breakfast may seem like a small matter, but it was part of what made our stays truly feel like a fantastic getaway. Doubts have been raised now. Hoping my fears will be allayed. More...
We celebrated our fourth anniversary this past weekend at the Inn on the Twenty. As we have done each year now since married, we stayed in the same room (Rittenhouse Suite), enjoyed the incredible dining at the restaurant across the street, and visited our favourite wineries in the region. We were delighted, as always, to see the familiar faces of Bev and John, who remember us and remind us each year why this place is so special. We loved every minute of our stay as it really is one of the most meaningful places in the world to us, but we did recognize that the Inn has changed ownership and that things are beginning to change. The packages we've enjoyed over the past four years are no longer structured the same way, and room prices have increased without additional services or amenities. Breakfast is no longer included in the room rates and the full service they used to provide at the restaurant is no longer the same; this change in hospitality is a bit of a heartbreaker, as the joyful routine of that breakfast service, of being taken in hand so thoroughly and resolutely, is not the same (and you can sense that the staff, too, miss the bounty they used to provide so easily). One can, as we did, request that breakfast be included in our room booking, but this unfortunately led to a double charge on our final bill (which was corrected immediately). We were also able to work in a dinner package with our room and, as always, the Inn on the Twenty restaurant absolutely delivered outstanding food and service in such a beautiful setting as the sun settled behind the treeline of the valley. The wonderful staff and the delicious food and the gorgeous landscape and the utter peace that accompanies a stay at the Inn have not changed, but the atmosphere and the values that underwrite it are, and I hope this new corporate climate drifting in does not freeze out the unique hospitality that has made this region as recognizable as its excellent vintages. Wonderful unassuming inn. Isn't much to look at from the outside but once you step inside you are transported to a luxurious little inn. We were there for our 25th anniversary and when we stepped into our room there was a bottle of wine waiting for us with a hand written card. Nice touch since I only mentioned it casually while booking the reservation. The room was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a loft suite with fireplace and living area downstairs and king bed and jacuzzi tub upstairs with separate shower as well. Everything super comfy. Would recommend to anyone. My husband and I got married August 19, 2018 at the Inn on the Twenty and had the ceremony at Cave Springs. Grace was our special events manager and was exceptional. I had so many questions from the time we booked until the wedding date and she answered each and every email quickly. If she was unavailable someone else would respond also very fast. They have a list of recommended vendors and each person we chose was awesome. The Officiant Paul Fletcher from Cathy Davis and Company was fantastic, Tom from Sound Obsession had the guests rocking all night, Shawn from Shawn Taylor Photography stayed with us all day and we are so excited waiting to see the pictures to come, Carol from Vinifera did a lovely job on the flowers. Stacey was the onsite restaurant manager for the day and she was superb. She was like the secret service, always in the background taking care of things and only showed up when needed. She made sure everything was running smoothly so I didn't have to worry. It was the perfect day, perfect weather and perfect venue! If you are thinking of booking here then just do it and you won't be disappointed. We had the windows room for the reception and it was beautiful. We booked it prior to the merger of the Inn and Vintage hotels so it was renovated prior to our wedding and we were so happy to see how beautiful it turned out. Most of our guests said it was the best wedding they have attended and the most beautiful. They also noticed the great service and we all know how important that is. We also had our rehearsal dinner at Jordan House and that was also amazing, wonderful food and service. Many guests were from out of town so we pretty much took over the village for the weekend which made it a lot of fun. We had had breakfast each morning included for guests so it was nice to see everyone each morning. Overall could not be happier with our choice and especially having a dedicated person like Grace helping me every step of the way.||Suzette and Allain More...

We usually visit the area every summer to bike ride and sometimes stay. We have always looked at the Inn on the Twenty but it is usually more expensive than we want to spend and opt for local B&B's. So we took advantage of the off season rates to stay at the Inn. The staff is very professional and the rooms impeccable. We stayed on Loft Suite #5 and it was perfect. Our only complaint was the breakfast was not included in room rate which was high for the winter (over $300). We will return to the B&B's in town in the future. More...

We stayed at Inn on the Twenty, where our friends were married. The wedding venue was lovely and the service was excellent! Upon check in to the hotel, the young lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and showed us all around our room, advised that there were fresh baked cookies and fresh coffee etc. She looked up the wedding details to ensure we were in the right place at the right time. Our room at the inn was incredible - well appointed, extremely comfortable, very roomy, quiet - overall just wonderful. I wanted to bring the bed and pillows home! We had a gas fireplace, a small sofa, two comfy chairs, a desk, dressers and more. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk in shower. There were high end toiletries and even robes! Overall, just lovely. Breakfast was included in our price and this is the only reason I did not give a 5. The breakfast service was very slow - we sat for almost 10 minutes after being seated before someone came. The hot breakfast we ordered took a while to come and when it did, everything was cold. We had to ask more than once for milk for the coffee and for refills. It was not very busy with only about 6 tables occupied when we were having breakfast. Other than that, I highly recommend Inn on the Twenty for an overnight (or longer) stay. More...
We had the pleasure of having our daughter and son-in-laws wedding this past Friday February 16, 2018 at Cave Springs Vineyard, Retreat Building. Followed by their reception at Inn On The Twenty. We had a fresh rose each day on our bed, fresh fruit with our breakfast, and my grandchildren loved using the jacuzzi in the rooms. It was the most elegant wedding I have attended, and not just because it was my daughters. This was the right location for her wedding. All of our out of town guest were amazed with the location and their rooms. I would highly recommend Inn On The Twenty for a weekend get-away and/or a elegant wedding. More...

Streak and Frites were great. Would definitely go back again.
Great staff, beautiful wedding venue!
Pleasant restaurant with friendly staff. The meals were wonderful and they accommodated their menu to our children’s desires.
Such friendly service and lovely location.
Was there for a wedding food was good
Absolutely beautiful location!
A beautiful little resort nestled in the middle of orchards and vineyards. 25 mins drive from Niagara Falls and approx an hour from Mississauga. Ample parking available.Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Rooms with high ceiling and vintage decor is very inviting and relaxing. Washroom in our rooms had Jacuzzi - felt like spa right in our own room. There is a separate spa on the premises which we didn’t use but the rates and reviews seem really good. Food is available Across the street and the same restaurant delivers room service. One thing to be mindful of is that the elevator is an old style one that operates differently. Older adults and differently abled people may need assistance. More...

A truly fantastic meal! The food was excellent and service outstanding. Quite a unique building with a lot of history which makes for an interesting dinning experience. My husband and I received a gift card for our wedding, for a one night stay at the Inn on the Twenty. My first thought when we pulled into main street of Jordan where the Inn is located was 'what a beautiful little town'. We were walmly welcomed and directed to our room. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful and it came with a jacuzzi. The restaurant across the street which is part of the Inn served some fantastic food. The Spa is highly recommended to anyone. Spent a lovely evening and overnight at The Inn on the Twenty. This was our first time there. We stayed in a Wine Country Suite, Room#12. The room was wonderful,...a fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and king-size bed. We dined at the restaurant...a three-course meal that was part of our package. The meal was excellent, and the service wonderful. We also had breakfast included, which on a Sunday morning was eggs benedict, which was wonderful. I will highly recommend The Inn on the Twenty to friends and family. More...

We took part in a Sunday night getaway with a one night stay at the Inn on the Twenty. Its our third time to the Village but our first time staying the night and its beautiful.
My first thought when we pulled into main was how beautiful and prestigious the town is. We were walmly welcomed and directed to our spacious, clean and beautiful room that came with a jacuzzi, fireplace, comfortable furniture and kign size bed. The loft like ceilings throughout are amazing and stunning. The restaurant across the street which is part of the Inn served some fantastic food in excellent portions for both dinner and breakfast.
Did have a few things to suggest is the need for a little fridge in the room and maybe a better placement of the tv. Also it is fair to note that it is not a low cost Inn but the prestigious look and feel of the place and the quality of the meal makes the higher rates worth the stay.
All in all we had an extremely relaxing stay. Thank you to all the pleasant and hard working staff at Inn on the Twenty. You all do an amazing job! More...

My fiancé and I are planning our wedding with our amazing wedding coordinator Sharon-kay. When first getting engaged people told us how stressful wedding planning would be. With the help of Sharon-kay I have not once felt stressed , she keeps us up to date with what's next on the to do list and has been very accommodating throughout this whole experience. Whatever question big or small she always reply quickly and let's us know of any amazing opportunities we should be taking advantage of. AMAZING !! More...

Inn on the Twenty is in a really nice location. I didn't know the town of Jordan Station prior to my visit and I was surprised at how nice it was.
