I have been helping people as a coach and therapist for over 20 years and I love it! Why? Because we are all searching for answers to help relieve suffering in our lives (at times when we are struggling) and it just so happens that there ARE answers and people CAN heal, change and get different outcomes when they find the right help and watching people's lives change is what I love most about helping others.

EMDR is the most sought after approach to healing the effects of traumatic life experiences and greatly helps to reduce symptoms of PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.

I also use this approach to with athletes and musicians as part of mindset training as they prepare for competitions and performances.

CBT offers one of the greatest outcomes for helping people understand how their thoughts impact their moods, and how their moods impact their behaviors, and how seeing these patterns and changing then will directly reduce your symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Have you ever noticed that you talk to yourself internally or out loud? Well, you are not alone. All humans have internal conversations - "Part of me wants to go to the movies," but "another part of me thinks I should stay home and complete my homework." IFS gets that you and I are having these conversations and strategically helps you to see how these different parts of you are working within you and how they might be causing tension within you. Once you identify these parts you can direct how they function within you and as a result heal hurt parts of you and as a result reduce your symptoms of PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.
