Inlet Affairs catered the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. They were amazing! Matt was my first contact and walked me through a lot of the paperwork and decision making. I live in NJ so I did this all over the phone. The night of the dinner Christie, Denise, Calvin, and another gentleman (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) came to set up and start cooking. Yes, they cooked the fried chicken and shrimp and grits right on the premises. They were professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. Christie contacted me a few days before the dinner to see what the theme was for my decor and to discuss what items i was providing. I didn't have to worry about anything, they set up the beautiful chaffing dishes and decorated with items they brought along with a few of our decorations. I paid for the trash to be taken away (well worth it), they cleaned up, emptied all the trash and boxed up the leftovers. I highly recommend Inlet Affairs for any occasion, they were really great! We had our TALK 94.5 FM Launch Party at Inlet Affairs last night. Everyone raved about the food and service. Matt Fusco’s attention to detail lead to a culinary dream come true for our guests! Michelle managed the event and the flow ... making the entire event run perfectly. Gigi... saved the day for me ... she went out of her way to be sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the event. She made sure I was eating and drinking... and even ran to CVS to buy me a sewing kit for my wardrobe malfunction! This event was a tremendous night for our team and the Inlet Affairs team under the direction of David MacMillan... made us look like rock stars by turning out a memorable, impressive celebratory experience for all our guests! Michelle and her team did a wonderful job catering a surprise birthday dinner at the IA venue on June 13. Thirty of us enjoyed beef tenderloin, a mashed potato bar, a salad bar, mini crabcakes, chicken satay skewers, and coconut shrimp. I used Inlet Affairs for my wedding reception and I'm glad I decided to use them. I'm located in Atlanta so I made my decision based on reviews and the menu selection they had online. I worked with Matt to get started and Michelle was my event coordinator. The food that I got a chance to taste was great. My guest had nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the food options. Matt and Michelle was a pleasure to work with. They made the process and easy as possible. I hired Inlet Affairs because of their positive reviews. We live in Atlanta but had a beach wedding in myrtle beach so we were not able to sample anything prior to help make our decision. Can't say enough about how amazing Inlet Affairs was. We loved their food so much after the tasting that we booked them for a wedding week events as well as for my wedding. We were hosting a ton of out of town guests from California, and Jen helped us come up with a fun, creative Southern menu. I had lots of Pinterest ideas that she brought to life. The appetizers were a huge hit -- from chicken and waffles to the BEST shrimp tacos and ahi tuna wontons... I'm still dreaming about it. We got tons of compliments about our food. Jen also made sure my husband and I were taken care of the day of. She saved us appetizer plates and brought us our specialty cocktails and kept checking in throughout the night. She was never far away and is so sweet and approachable and easy to get in touch with whenever you have questions or ideas. Top notch catering company with friendly, competent staff who are very easy to work with. I hired them for oue Ribbon Cutting/Open House.  The food was all the rave. People came just for the food, and I now know why. The best bite of the night was the deviled egg with fried oyster cooked on site. Everything else was superb as well. Michele, Jennifer and ALL the Inlet Affairs staff were fantastic. I had a 70th birthday party with 30 guests at a beach house in Garden City Beach a week after "hurricane" Florence. The party went off without a hitch.....Jennifer never missed a beat. She came prepared for everything......Even when I was freaking out because the water cut out 2 hours before everyone was to arrive.The food was spectacular and there was an abundance of it. The fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits were a particular favorite of everyone. The biscuits were delicious. The 7 layer dip, fruit and cheese plates were fabulous. The homemade potatoes chips were a favorite of my grandchildren. Set up and clean up was flawless.Michele could not have been more helpful especially when you consider that this whole affair was arranged long distance through email and phone calls.Needless to say I  wish I had known about Inlet Affairs years ago. I will be reminding my friends and family about the option of having parties at the beach now. More...

My husband and I were planning a smaller wedding reception but knew we wanted great food. We worked with Kristin at Inlet Affairs and not only was the customer service phenomenal, the food was amazing! They cooked most of the food on site so that it was fresh and they also made sure to decorate the food areas according to our theme. At the end of the night, we had some leftovers and the staff packed it all up for us to enjoy later. HELLO EVERYONE!!!!! we just left WINGS OVER MYRTLE BEACH and we attended the event inside the CHAIRMANS CHALET. WOW WHAT A PLEASANT SUPRISE! !! INLET AFFAIRS IN MURRELES INLET WAS CATERING THE EVENT. WHAT A 1ST CLASS OPERATION FROM THE SILVERWARE AND THE NAPKINS TO THE SWEET ICED TEA AND THE HAND DIPPED ICE CREAM. In between those was a superb seafood buffet that was cooked on site w smoked bbq pork loin,collards mashed potatoes, fried fish, fried shrimp, ect. ect... I have catered thousands of events ,so when I say that every little detail exceded expectations you can take that to heart. Inlet Affairs catered our Open House event last night at Seaside Pediatric Dental Associates. I worked with Matt on the menu and bartending services, and he was great about putting everything together and modifying it as needed to work with our budget. They visited our office twice in the weeks leading up to the event to meet us in person and discuss their thoughts on the layout. The staff was very courteous and professional. They arrived early to make sure everything was ready to go at the start, and stayed to clean everything afterwards. We highly recommend them, and hope to use them again for future events. More...
