There are so many print shops and many of them are awesome, but Ink Brigade has THE MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ! I had a last minute order, and Both Ryan and Carrie patiently worked with me to figure out how to make it work. They were very detailed and professional. But, alas, I messed up the pick up date... Totally my fault, I mixed up the date on the invoice. EVEN STILL, miraculously, they found out, gave me call and figured out a way to help me get my shirts and hats on time. Needed a batch of custom hoodies for a work team. Carrie from InkBrigade was very responsive, helped work out some options with choosing manufacturer/fit for the hoodies, helped fix some vector art and guide us on color choice, and was very clear about deadlines and timing. The hoodies arrived on time and look great! They also delivered for free within Portland. Was great to be able to work with a local vendor vs. an online service, and cost was very competitive. We've gone to several local shops and used online services, but Ink Brigade remains the best. The attention to detail and kind accommodation they use is beyond professional, it feels like they care that you're happy with the product. Entirely excellent service, quality, and customer support. The prices were right and Carrie (the representative I worked with) was very thorough walking me through the details and options. The only thing I wished they offered would be a chance to see the actual blank shirt stock in person before placing the order. This would be helpful for understanding sizing, feel, and color. I understand though that it isn't feasible for a small shop like this to keep samples of everything in stock.All in all I'm very pleased with the shirts we got from Ink Brigade and will certainly return in the future. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Ink Brigade.  First off, the quality of the job they did for me (t's and hoodies) is top notch.  Customer service was great.  Jen was quick and happy to respond to my questions, and helped me out with choosing the proper shirts and sweatshirts that fit my desired needs and goals.  The pricing was more than fair, and easy to understand (when they state no hidden fees, they really mean it...you know exactly what you are paying for X number of items...). Turn around time on my order was very quick and everyone who was on the receiving end of my order was very impressed with the quality of the final product.  I won't hesitate to order from them again, and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good screen printer to work with. Wow, should I be at all surprised at the stellar reviews here for Ink Brigade?  Nope.  I hadn't even looked at their reviews upon selecting them to screen two-color band shirts for me.  In email correspondence with both Carrie and Jennifer, I knew this was the best place to have our shirts made.  They were both so quick to respond to questions and were able to work with the art I supplied and adjusted it to provide an optimal layout based on their experience.  Being computer-graphic challenged, I really appreciated this.  I got the shirts this week and they exceeded my expectations and that's no small feat.  Just ask my wife!  :) More...

After price checking at screen printing shops around town, I picked Ink Brigade solely for their low price (which was MUCH lower, like $3 less per shirt) but was ultimately impressed with their professionalism and customer service.  Jennifer held my hand through the process, handling all the silly questions and emails on my relatively small job with speed and grace.  The shirts were done early and, more importantly, PERFECTLY.  I will definitely be going back to Ink Brigade for all my future screen printing needs. I've worked with Ink Brigade twice to do various-sized runs of t-shirts for my company.  They've totally rocked it both times. Perhaps best of all, their pricing seems to be the best that I've seen locally.  They also don't have any additional set-up or screen fees.Their customer service is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient (on the first order, we probably spent a week or two just deciding what kind of shirt we wanted to use.  They were totally helpful despite all our indecisiveness).They have a wide selection of apparel that can be screen-printed, although not everything is available in a hurry.  It'd definitely a good idea to order as soon in advance as you can to be sure that they'll be able to get all the shirts (or whatever) that you need.  With our first order, we were on a quick turnaround and they weren't able to source the shirts that we wanted in time, but they helped up figure out a great alternative.  The second time, we learned out lesson and ordered WAAAAY in advance.  Unfortunately, their online catalogue is a real pain to navigate, especially if you don't know exactly what product you want to print on.The printing seems to be good quality.  I've washed one of the shirts that they've done a dozen times or so and the screen printing still looks as good as new.They also offer free delivery in Portland (and sometimes the suburbs), which is a nice plus.
